DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY MESSED UP BOTH MY HOGGIES AND REFUSED TO REPLACE THEM. THEY REFUSE TO WEAR GLOVES WHEN THEY MAKE FOOD, EMPLOYEES WIPE THEIR HANDS ON THERE CLOTHES THEN TOUCH FOOD. THE MANGER STEPHANIE IS RUDE AND NOT THE PROPER MANGER FOR THIS STORE. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. OWNERS DAUGHTER OR NOT.

I placed an order for loaded tater snaps, and a medium Hawaiian pizza. After a 60 minute wait ( estimated delivery time was 25 minutes ) I received plain ol potato wedges, and a sad cheese pizza with a few pieces of pineapple on it not to mention this order was 30$ once I contacted the restaurant I was repeatedly told I received what was on my “ ticket “ I didn’t not receive a receipt upon delivery but do have a screenshot of the LOADED tater snaps I put in my cart ( I ordered online ) I could tell the employee I spoke with was not in an accommodating mood so I didn’t expect any more from management. I left it at that. I will be contacting corporate in the morning regarding this order and I have NEVER called a corporate office. Very disappointing this has always been a personal favorite in our house, and over the past 4 years they have steadily declined in service and quality as their prices continue to rise. This seems to be the trend everywhere now but I do expect better from this location. Order from somewhere else is my advice. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

You should change the No Wait Wednesday, to It will be faster to order Domino's. Don't make people wait 30 minutes for a pizza on No Wait Wednesday.

Burnt & not edible!! Horrible management (Alexis)! The Crust and the cheese are burnt. Called for a refund and was hung up on after voicing what happened and being declined a refund because I did not want to return after getting home. The last thing I was doing is going back after working to get another one! Worst store in N Ky. Don’t waste your money. The management/owner won’t last long not having any customer service skills or etiquette.

Out of this world service. You literally will be like "Woah, we are on a different planet!" And then you will be a little sad because you are just on silly old Earth. But then you realize that you can get more Snappy Tomato pizza. But then the planet thing happens again. So roller-coastery but overall great!

Ordered a beast pepperoni and got a huge flat bread?? Chargerd over $40 on the card and the customer service was awful. Management ignored the concerns and did not offer any reimbursement or accommodations. Very disappointed with how this transaction was handled.
