Worst customer service ever. Since I ordered online they said they will not fill my order until there are no customers in the store. Have been sitting here for 35 mins and already prepaid otherwise I would have left and on top of it late for a meeting at work that I am bringing a potential new customer his lunch…. Rude as can be told me to sit down and to stop talking.

I ordered through the app and the food took a little longer to prepare but the person preparing my food triple checked everything to make sure it all was correct and made sure I didn't want to add anything else. The sandwiches tasted great and they even gave me a free cookie for it taking a little longer to prepare.

This location if fine in a pinch but they NEVER accept/participate in ANY national promos. Go to Newport location instead where they accept all promos in the app, like BOGO50 and many others.Also, in general HATE the tip culture penetration into fast food business. It is NOT for the benefit of the workers but for the benefit of the company not paying even the minimum wage to the worker. Do not succumb to the trend and REFUSE to pay tips so that the fast food places have to continue to pay at least the minimum wage and we don't have too subsidize for their greed!

The people are nice and they have a clean place and one time I didn’t have enough money like 50 cents they didn’t care and let me have my sub this is definitely a good place and environment I would definitely got there again if I have a chance

Worst subway ever, the meat is old and uncovered. And one day my coupon works and three days later very same coupon and very same sandwich all of a sudden my coupon is not accepted... Dude is a liar. And always trying to up sell me and I understand that it’s needed, but not on everything like extra meat. And when I say no he keeps pushing saying “ awe come on why not?” Because I said NO that’s why not. Overall a garbage store with old tasting meat and pushy lying ownership.

If there was a 0 star review i would use it. There was a fly in my bacon on my sub, and the store owner is very rude to the children that eat there and he scams prices. He asks children to either leave or meet him in the basement and winks at them, he takes chairs away so NOBODY can sit down with each other. There are 2 seats at a 4 person table and there at 1 seat at 2 person table. THIS BRANCH NEEDS A NEW OWNER!

I literally eat this everyday. It's so amazing that when I'm at work I call door dash to bring my food and when it's ordered he knows exactly what I want. He knows who the delivery is for. It's amazing. Chicken terriaki herb and cheese bread pepper jack cheese pickles and a whole lot of sweet onion sauce. I call to remind to do extra because there's no option for that on door dash so I call and I don't even have to speak he already knew who I was. That's beast mode right there. Love that guy. He makes the best sandwich along with his employees. Good job. Awesome tasty food and wonderful service. Thank you. ??
