I've always preferred Burger King over McDonald's because the food is somewhat healthier. However, this particular visit something went terribly terribly wrong. My body rejected the food but it tasted great.

We did drive thru, the guy was nice but my whopper literally tasted like a rubber boot, my mom got the old fashioned chicken sandwich, her bread was stale and crunchy and the chicken tasted watered down. If you wanna friendly face, great but if you want a good bk meal, this is not the place.. keep driving or go across the lot to the restaurant there. Sorry Franklin Ky Burger King.

Dietary restrictions: It’s Bk, You have it your way..
Same food as usual. Beverage counter needed at a minimum wiped the entire time we were there. There were many times of no customers when this task could be accomplished.

This must be the worst Burger King in Kentucky. Seems like every single time I stop to grab a sandwich it’s never warm or hot. I think it about time that all fast food restaurants get back to fixing their food fresh when ordered.. one sandwich out the window.

Employees didn't even acknowledge that there were five customers in line waiting for their orders to be taken. No greetings, no smiles, and no ambience. Atmosphere was that of a school lunch line. I've worked for Burger King and at least I can say, we were trained better than this store obviously has.
