We did drive thru, the guy was nice but my whopper literally tasted like a rubber boot, my mom got the old fashioned chicken sandwich, her bread was stale and crunchy and the chicken tasted watered down. If you wanna friendly face, great but if you want a good bk meal, this is not the place.. keep driving or go across the lot to the restaurant there. Sorry Franklin Ky Burger King.

This must be the worst Burger King in Kentucky. Seems like every single time I stop to grab a sandwich it’s never warm or hot. I think it about time that all fast food restaurants get back to fixing their food fresh when ordered.. one sandwich out the window.

Employees didn't even acknowledge that there were five customers in line waiting for their orders to be taken. No greetings, no smiles, and no ambience. Atmosphere was that of a school lunch line. I've worked for Burger King and at least I can say, we were trained better than this store obviously has.
People have nothing but attitude won't take your order don't even say thank you for helping their business will never get anything out of that place again

Night shift sucks so bad. Waited for over an hour for like 2 orders to be ahead of me then only got half my order. Told the lady at the register I was missing half my order and she was dumb founded.. terrible. When I got my food it was all cold and not even right.
