I had family come in for Christmas and decided to take them to Colorado Grill. We were seated extremely fast which I was pleased about we ordered appetizers which was phenomenal that is were the good experience ended during all that time we had been asking for a high chair 3 times to be exact one of the times the waiter brought a regular chair with a booster seat we know from experience he is going to try to stand and potentially fall down so we obviously declined finally got a high chair ordered our food an hour later the baby is screaming his head off because he was hungry I finally spoke with the manager who acted like I was complaining for nothing apparently there were too many babies in the restaurant ok I get that but wouldn’t it be smart to come to our table to notify us of the situation but nope that wasn’t done then the food situation was because their printers went down but again no one informed our table of the situation when the food was delivered each order separated by about 5 minutes most of the orders were cold did they try to make it right in any way absolutely not paid 150 for cold food which no one will probably even eat it was the most disappointing experience and I have no words for the rotten manager most managers try to make it right somehow I normally don’t complain but it was so bad customer service that I feel it should be reported

The floor, tables and silverware were dirty. The service was not bad only one new employee she was empathized with us. But I don’t recommend it

Outstanding in every manner. Food was served piping hot with a warm crusty bread and butter while waiting for meals. Coffee & water continually filled. Waitress, Anita, very efficient and attentive. Portions were large - catfish dinner & pear salad topped with salmon. Salmon prepared perfectly, moist and delicious. Salad had blue cheese, cranberries, candied pecans & pomegranate dressing on the side. Catfish coating just right with beer cheese soup & broccoli rice. Each about $20. Best meal I've had in months! Thank you.

My husband I have been having date night and our family from out of state gatherings here for years, and we are always happy! The food and service have always been great, even if there's a problem with a stake. We understand because hey, even I have had to put one back on the grill at home! The menu is a taste from home as Colorado natives and I cannot get a chicken parmesan this good anywhere else around here. It's my favorite and I order it every time. All of the appetizers are amazing, and we have tried them all. Our most recent trip was in October for my husband's birthday right before close, oops, we didn't feel pressured to hurry and our waiter made us feel right at home! As a stake holder, thank you Colorado Grill, and see you for my December anniversary, we can always count on you to help make it special since you opened your doors!

We stopped for dinner while on a road trip. Our server was absolutely outstanding. We never waited for a refill. She was extremely attentive. However, I ordered a sirloin steak and my husband ordered a filet mignon. His steak was cooked perfectly (medium rare) I ordered mine the same way but it was overcooked and so chewy that I couldn't even choke a bite down. Two bites were taken from my steak and our server took it to the manager who removed it from my bill.
Everything else was phenomenal but that steak was horrible.

The ribeye was one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. The salad was fresh, bread hot. And, the service was phenomenal! I would definitely eat here again if we ever came thru the area again.
