Great location to visit from Tennessee.

I've been going to the Mint for about six years it is a fun place to go visit my favorite game is the Peacock beauty I don't play anything else out of all the machines in your establishment I only play those but in the last two weeks with the horse races going on , by the way IM NOT THE ONLY ONE TALKING ABOUT THIS you've got the machines turned down so low that's the return is $.18 $.36 $10 mini and $25 when you hit six numbers seems you have to spin a machine for a week and a half before it ever hits again by that time you don't have any money left you're sliding in another hundred dollar bill and then another one and then another one I should've just wrote you a check and mailed it to you and that's about as much fun as I've had in the last two weekends with the horse races going on , do better Mint management!

Anyone who knows me knows when I go missing I’m at the mint but lately the bands that have been playing the new bar are so horrible that I can’t sit through it. I’ve been twice in the last four days and it sounds like somebody stepping on cats tails. It’s absolutely horrible. Every single person I sit next to last night in the casino was complaining about the music. Who finds the bands? There needs to be a more stringent audition or something lol just bring back the DJ. It’s a lot more fun when it’s the DJ On another note, the new pizza place is outstanding. The pizza was great. The staff was very fast and very friendly. That was a great experience.!

Greatly disappointed in the system they're trying to use, had to give # for a text to put in an order (it worked - 18 minutes) put in order & gave # again to cashier(8:20p), waited about n hour without getting a text & returned to check on order and it was sitting on the counter and had been there a while ( no longer warm) get home and around 11:20 get a text saying our order is ready to pick up..... WOW.

Foods good, wait time is shit, don’t have a phone to call in though that’s a bummer, staff is nice but slow

The worst service at a casino i have ever been too. But, i was impressed with the hotel.

NO EXCUSE for 45-90 minute wait for food! We won't eat here again.

Not bad burgers but in a terrible place. The mint in Franklin and bg are absolutely trash. Spend your money elsewhere

The food is always delicious and at a great price! They lost a star because my steak was overcooked. I asked for medium rare and it was practically well done and real dry. Nothing a little A1 couldn’t fix. Besides a steak dinner, my husband and I also split some Alfredo, which was creamy and plentiful.

Food wasnt bad.. not alot to chose from & overly priced !!! THE SERVICE SUCKED, Chick was so rude. It was my 1st time there & I didnt kno how it worked. But she wasnt gonna be the one to explain it to me... These young kids now & days... Geez !! It took almost a hour to get my order..

The most horrible Derby experience at any casino ever! Absolutely no sound on any of the monitors. No riders up. No trumpet call. No singing My Old Kentucky home. We asked several employees to please turn on the sound for at least the race call and they would not!!!!! We expected long lines and happy celebrations but this place was sour all around. Impossible drink lines rude employees and no Kentucky experience what so ever. This racino should be banned from even calling itself a Kentucky partner. Will never go back.

Wait an hour for a cold terrible cheese burger… I don’t even care if it’s trash. At least give it to me warm.

They got my order wrong after I asked for no mayonnaise , refused to remake the food , fries were cold and the chips was disgusting . The long hair guy with the glasses ( cashier ) was polite but the kitchen staff need to be better with detail .

This is the place is the worst keep driving for food and entertainment. you will be disappointed guaranteed.

Was made to park a vehicle and a small trailer 1/2 mile away and walk back to the restaurant, don’t come here with a trailer. Waited an hour for mediocre food. Worst place on town. If you’re looking for an experience that leaves everyone in a sour mood, stresses and never wanting to come back, here is your place. Enjoy.
