Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Went in for some body lotion and ended up staying for an hour looking at all of the items they have in the store. Love this place for gift ideas.

Service was excellent, food was good as always. I came to get Nashville Hot Fried Chicken. I asked for it and was told they were out of the Nashville hotel sauce. Then I was told they were out of Fried chicken. So I had to start over.

We have gone here several times and the service just keeps getting worse. Most recently we had a server who disappeared before giving us our check. We eventually went to the cashier who, after some time, was able to track down the check. She told us the server spilled a jug of syrup on themselves. You would think management who send someone to check on their tables or transfer them to another server, but no. We have actually had multiple female servers tell us that the big male manager is creepy and mean. We will be going to White House or Gallatin from now on

The young inexperienced kids had no idea what customer service means. They acted like spoiled kids. The food was not its usual. I was very disappointed in food and seevice.

The Food was Great. They have the best Pancakes with a lot of Blueberries. The Bacon was crispy just like I like it and the Coffee was Strong and Hot.

Traveling and stopped for a break and a meal. Our server, Blake, was very attentive and made our visit and meal pleasant. Thank you Blake. Good food and good service.

I was disappointed to order the broil which was only used ir pot roast with corn and I waited almost 45 minutes for the food and it was all this foil and small portion of food and not extremely hot.
