Everything was great! Good service, food was delicious
Arrived to pick up order only to wait 45 minutes. When finally received the order and arriving home the food was cold and tasted awful. Peach cobbler should have crust in it all we received was cold peaches.
Ok food, staff not friendly ,and the sit you do close to others can eat comfortably

Our server was great. The eggs were cold and not cooked to order. The bacon wasn't cooked enough.
I found a nice sherpa/corduroy jacket that I wanted to buy. Someone had ripped off the tag. The shift manager (who was rude) spent several minutes trying to find it on her iPad (or whatever you use) and couldn't find it. Instead of just giving me a fair price and actually selling the product, she refused. That is absolutely horrible business. I thought you actually wanted to get the merch out of the store? We will NEVER eat or shop at this Cracker Barrel again. Good job.

The rainbow trout is my favorite meal with pinto beans and turnip greens and biscuits. Breakfast is my other favorite with biscuits and gravy I like the atmosphere and the music they play is nice to.

I would have given the food a four star review if they would have allowed substitutions on the Turkey meal. I can't eat sweet potatoes. So I ordered my go to meatloaf which I usually get pinto beans and turnip greens with it but Cracker barrel didn't offer it yesterday. Our server, Jordan was great and very attentive to our needs.

The country fried steak I ordered wasn't very warm and not enough country gravy on it and the server brought my fiancé's chicken fried chicken to her without the gravy on it and we both ordered sweet tea which was brought to us with the glasses about 3/4 of the way full and when asking for a refill we were told they were out and weren't able to make more because they were about an hour from closing. The manager came to the table and said he was sorry for the experience we had but didn't offer any discount or resolution to accommodate the issues we had. I ended up paying $38.47 for our meals and I feel it wasn't worth $10.00. I will not be returning to the Franklin KY location at any given time.
Parking: Parking was adequate for the time of the evening that we arrived.

Courtney was amazing. She was helping every single table in our area and was on top of it all.
We ordered Curbside. The order was 45 minutes late. The Dumplings were hard and dry. The Meatloaf was cold and dry.
We have ordered on a weekly basis and never had any issues up to this order.
I had to call in twice to find out issue and not given any reason for tardiness. The Curbside Person didn't offer apology or reason for being late.
