Their Soft serve ice cream has changed. It was thick and creamy and now has a synthetic, Artificial taste and texture, almost whipped and airy. It’s not the same at all. Don’t think I’ll be back unless they change back.

I love the chocolate dip ice cream cones! .. no one beats the smoothness of their ice cream ! And they always have plenty of people on staff!

Too many people
What the hell is wrong with this? Looks like they chewed it up and spit it back in there. I would ask them to remake it if I could but I got a friend to pick it up. Very disappointed.
How is it that a restaurant where a very large portion of their revenue comes from the sale of ice cream has no chocolate soft serve and no date in sight of when that machine will be fixed? That would be like Walmart having their toy aisles completely removed and not really caring if they're reinstated or not.
