It was recommended to me by one of the staff members to use the app on my phone. Since I've been using the app my drink is ready every time I pull up to the window. The points I accumulate and the deals on food and drinks are a plus also. The staff always seems happy to be there and I get great customer service every single time.

First time I thought it was maybe just a bad batch of coffee but second time. Nah. Manager needs to either hire new workers who can be kind and brew better coffee or at least sit them down and teach them customer service. There’s way too many 1 stars for this location being as new as it is.

Did not, once again get what I ordered. Since I was a frequently dissatisfied drive thru customer I am very specific with my order. Today I ordered 2 Sesame bagels, not cut not toasted, 2 veg cream cheese on the side. I get to work for a 12 hour shift to discover what I got was 2 raisin bagels with 2 veg. Cream cheese on the side. The drive thru ticket clearly states:1 Bagel w/ CCSesame BagelNot toastedOn sideVeggie CCNothing, about this order is correct. So frustrated.I have just thrown past orders away but thus time I want to be heard. I am not interested in wasting my money any longer. Please refund my money for this 7 dollar wasted purchase

Ordered 2 chocolate cake donuts. Cost almost $4. Looked in the bag and had 2 chocolate covered plain cake donuts. Told the staff it was not what I ordered and they reported they were out of what I wanted so I kept what I got. They were so dry and the chocolate was bitter. Lesson learned and will not be repeated. The staff did apologize

This place is doing a great job. My order was perfect. Highly addictive food here, so you have to be careful. Large iced coffee has about the same sugar content as a Giant Hersheys Bar.

It takes time to train and get started with all new people , but the service is always on point. Amazing customer service! I love the variety of breakfast and lunch foods, and always loved munchkins ! Give them a chance, they have the sweetest workers there.
I can't give a review on service since I ordered only a small coffee at v drive thru. No one acknowledged I was there after I pulled up to the window. They were all inside standing there. I ordered a black decaf coffee I left without the coffee and I never paid because they never acknowledged me at the window.By far one of the worst dunkin' experiences. I grew up in a place Dunkin donuts were everywhere. I was excited to go and get a good coffee well I won't be going to the Franklin Kentucky Dunkin again.

I ordered a black decaf coffee I left without the coffee and I never paid because they never acknowledged me at the window. By far one of the worst dunkin' experiences. I grew up in a place Dunkin donuts were everywhere. I was excited to go and get a good coffee well I won't be going to the Franklin Kentucky Dunkin again.
