We were traveling through downtown Franklin, Kentucky and were so glad we stopped here. I had one of the best falafel sandwiches I've had since I left San Jose, California. It was authentic and exceeded my expectations! My husband had the gyros and loved it. We were impressed with the chef. He was a one man band and did everything deliciously and quickly. He was young, energetic, friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this place if you are passing...
There was only one employee and he did everything. He was young, energetic, incredibly friendly and polite. The food was excellent! I ordered the falafel. It looked exactly like the falafel sandwich on their menu. I have been searching for a great tasting falafel since I moved from the San Jose, California area. This falafel sandwich exceeded my expectations. My husband ordered the gyros and loved it. We also ordered Greek salad and grape leaves rolls (dolmas)....
This restaurant's food is always well-seasoned with generous portions. I especially enjoy how tender the meat is! The food is a bit unique for the area, but the gentlemen are very polite and can make the gyros and sandwiches to order. Definitely a place to visit if you want a mini, tasty food adventure or a casual lunch.
