The manager at KFC on the Sunday shift is awesome! Thank you for everything!
Was excited to go to Kentucky and eat at KFC..
Upon arrival there were employees out of uniforms and did not greet us.
Nobody was at the counter to take our order. The lobby was not pleasant (dirty). There was a roof leak that was not being captured properly and water was on the floor without any slip hazard notice.
We stood at the front counter for around five minutes with employees looking at us without greeting us still. So we left and will not return!
HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
