Ordered on door dash 8 piece original leg and thigh. Got whatever the person that filled the ordered figured I needed to eat. Got 3 pieces of original and 5 pieces extra crispy with breast. I will NEVER eat at this restaurant again. This is the only KFC in Franklin KY and it sucks. Always a problem with EVERY order.

I had a 12 piece extra crunchy family meal delivered to my hotel. When we got it it was original and it did not have any legs. The wings that replaced the legs did not have any meat on them. We threw most of the chicken away because it was gross. I have never had any luck with KFC.

Went to get KFC for dinner not too long ago. Got a famous bowl and a three piece tender meal. All of the chicken was tough and rubbery as if it had been cooked hours ago. Even the smaller pieces in my famous bowl was tough and hard to chew. I usually don’t make reviews - but honestly with the price of things anymore, you want the choice of food that you choose to be the right choice and this was not. There’s also Popeyes, Zaxbys and Bojangles in this town if you want fast food chicken - and one of them will be my choice next time.

They forgot a few things but they did replace my whole order a few days later like they had promised when I got home and called them as I noticed the missing items. Super friendly and easy to communicate with.
Soggy sour chicken.. setting under damn heatlamp 2 hrs or more???? Dark tone burnt taste lije they havent changed their frying oil in some time not good food today nor last 3 visits in our travels will not be back dont recommend this too anyone

I just watched then come in from emptying trash and made a drink for a customer and packed food. Never washed hands.
