Stopped to have dinner as a family. The food was good, but the service and staff were amazing. Bobbie was super helpful. She ensured that we were able to provide a great meal for our family without busting the budget for a family of seven. Awesome experience!

Ordered the fill up box. Didn't get what I order. I was supposed to have the chicken straps with it, but got nuggets with it. Didn't get the right sauces either. Had to tell them I had to get another large drink. The atmosphere was dull. Something was spilled in the floor in front of the carpet. Customer service was bad the guy had a blue tooth ear piece while working and taking our order. They should have checked to make sure it was right before I came

Change your frying oil!!!! The worst KFC I've ever had. I've had KFC across the country and this is the worst and I'd have to say that's not a badge of honor. It was still hot and crunchy, everything should have been great but nasty just nasty and bitter like the frying oil is ancient. Picked up to the drive-thru I can't comment on cleanliness of The restaurant how good the customer service was.
All I know is my chicken tasted like ancient frying grease and my biscuit was undercooked.

Even though I go to KFC quite often and always have a good experience with quality cleanliness and service. My experience today was exceptional. We are doing a fundraiser for a person and I needed a large amount of biscuits. The manager, even though they were busy took the time to contact someone to see if they could donate it. They donated nearly half of The biscuits I needed and also donated a large amount of chicken which I'd never even asked for.... It was extra special to me that they took care of a person in the community in this way.... It touched my heart That people still look out for each other within our small community thank you KFC for doing your part with no hesitation it is greatly appreciated!!!

I have ordered the 8 piece family bucket for years. In the past, I have gotten two breasts, two wings, two thighs, and two legs, but the last two times I have ordered, I have not received one breast and 3 thighs. Has the 8 piece changed to 5 dark meat and 3 white?
