Wanted a light snack so ordered a single extra-crispy drumstick, a biscuit, and a sweet tea. I have always loved KFC and the food was no different from others KFC I've been to. The employees there were very nice and polite. When I asked for extra honey packets, they kindly got me a few. However, the atmosphere wasn't the best and the place could be cleaner. The floors were sticky and many of the tables and booths had crumbs. Other than that, the food was pretty good.

My husband went to get us dinner on Oct 4th, they said they didn't have enough chicken for what we wanted. A 12 piece mind you. They didn't offer to cook anymore. How can you run a business until 10pm with no chicken. What a crappy place.

Ordered on door dash 8 piece original leg and thigh. Got whatever the person that filled the ordered figured I needed to eat. Got 3 pieces of original and 5 pieces extra crispy with breast. I will NEVER eat at this restaurant again. This is the only KFC in Franklin KY and it sucks. Always a problem with EVERY order.

I had a 12 piece extra crunchy family meal delivered to my hotel. When we got it it was original and it did not have any legs. The wings that replaced the legs did not have any meat on them. We threw most of the chicken away because it was gross. I have never had any luck with KFC.

Went to get KFC for dinner not too long ago. Got a famous bowl and a three piece tender meal. All of the chicken was tough and rubbery as if it had been cooked hours ago. Even the smaller pieces in my famous bowl was tough and hard to chew. I usually don’t make reviews - but honestly with the price of things anymore, you want the choice of food that you choose to be the right choice and this was not. There’s also Popeyes, Zaxbys and Bojangles in this town if you want fast food chicken - and one of them will be my choice next time.
