20241210 Stopped here to use the restroom, and I always feel guilty if I don't buy something, so I decided to get lunch. The food was quickly ready. The customers here are very nice. The bathroom is one of the cleanest!! Of all the McDs I stopped at in the East Coast to MidWest. This location also has parking for truckers!

Friendly staff and always get my food at right temperature.

Everytime I visit, The kiosk doesn’t give an order receipt but as the staff is good they take time to find my order number and print a copy to get my order number!!

I didn’t want to but I had to… as of late the quality and service has gone down hill. This location is always my go to for a breakfast coffee/tea. Now I’m not sure what the employees are going through but some of the staff are rude and lack customer service. So for my travelers who read the reviews… tread lightly. I just moved back a year ago and both locations out here in Franklin are hit or miss.
