Me and the wife ordered 13 cookies online. Got to the restaurant had to wait for them to cook the cookies. Then we open the box a the cookies were like someone just crumbled them up and thru them in the box. Very very disappointed. We took them back.

Placed my order at 5:07am and waited till 5:30 while waiting on my frappe which was the only thing I ordered I watched them drop it and the manager looked at me turned back around and proceeded to bag food orders I asked for my refund and left.

Dined in. Lobby was a mess. We had to use baby wipes to clean tables and chairs before our kids could sit down. Would not have stayed but it was one of their birthdays and they wanted a Happy Meal.

Sit in the pull up drive thru for 20 min seen 5 or 6 other vehicles come an go. My food was cold an I had to go in an get it.

I placed an order on the mobile app. When I pulled up to the drive thru, instead of asking if I had used said mobile app like they are supposed to, they just started giving out names of orders. Amy and Emily, I'm sure your food was trash too. I ordered 4 breakfast burritos. The first one was coming out of the wrapper and was so hard I couldn't eat it. The rest were cold. I placed the order 5 minutes before I pulled up. This is by far the worst mcdonalds I've ever been too. Way to make Franklin look bad.

Make sure you check your bags before leaving. At times may get a not so nice person working the drive through money exchange. But it's McDonald's, same as all of them . Ask for fresh fries . They will give cold ones .
