Make sure you check your bags before leaving. At times may get a not so nice person working the drive through money exchange. But it's McDonald's, same as all of them . Ask for fresh fries . They will give cold ones .
This McDonald's on Franklin's N Main St is fantastic! The food is hot, fresh, and delicious each and every time. I have personally witnessed rude, aggressive customers give false complaints that I could prove as such, and yet, the employees remained calm, did not return the rudeness and aggression, and resolved the issues.
