Best coffee shop in Franklin!!!! I used to think I made the best coffee until I tried the coffee here! The food was great too! We had the chicken pesto panini and the buffalo chicken wrap. Both were great, and I’ll be coming here very often for the chicken pesto panini and a latte!

We loved the atmosphere here! We tried two of their breakfast sandwiches. Both were delicious! We also tried a pour over and a cold brew. Both were excellent! The service was excellent as well! Highly recommend!

This is a cute little place in downtown Franklin. The espresso machine was down when we were there, but I got drip coffee made like a latte and it was yummy. We got lunch there as well and our sandwiches were great! We will be back!

The people here are very nice. I ordered the chicken salad. I also ordered a smoothie, although it was wrong the one I did receive was amazing. It was the berry one. Definitely recommend!!

I've only been once, but the avocado toast was great, Salty Bee Ice Latte way better than expected, and friendly service! It was also very quick at 10:30. am on a Saturday and a nice atmosphere with additional outdoor seating. I'll definitely be back!

I love Mill House here in Franklin. It's become a town landmark for sure. The girls in there are amazing and make your morning so much better... when new owners take over it's always scary because changes usually equal death for beloved small town businesses but so far as I can see, it's still the same atmosphere and great coffee. Let's hope they keep on keeping on and doing what we love!

Stopped in today with my 4 kids after we went to the library. Everyone found a treat they enjoyed and I had a delicious decaf iced vanilla latte! Highly recommend for yummy desserts and coffee! We’ll be back to try lunch, because that looked good too!
First time trying the blueberry muffin is really good and coffee taste great, real blueberries on the muffin ,I will be visiting again !

Nice people, great coffee, menu item foods are lacking. Baked goods look great but I ordered a grilled cheese. I got toasted bread with unmelted cheese slices. Figured maybe it was just that item so I tried biscuits and gravy next time, cold gravy and burnt biscuits. Coffee is always good. But the only menu item that seems to be alright is the pb and j got for my son.

We decided to get out of the house and let mama sleep this morning. Our 7 year old ordered the biscuit sandwich. The biscuit was fresh, the egg done perfectly, and coupled with the outdoor patio to save all the other adults of his energy before their caffeine hit made for a perfect Saturday morning. I ordered the Croissant sandwich and the light flakes on the croissant reminded me of breakfast on a patio of Paris.
