Lousiest pizza I had ever had. The pizza was mostly cheese. I requested sausage, mushrooms, onions and pepperoni and there was barely any of that on there. For almost $40 I expect much better than that. I could have gone out for a much nicer dinner than this. Basically crap and that’s a wrap.

Gave up on this location after another horrible experience. First issue was the mobile ordering app didn’t connect with the store. Had to call customer service and then had to wait for their own customer service to call the store. Finally after all that we got the pizza. I ordered chicken and pineapple hand tossed. The pizza was not cooked all the way. Went to pick up a slice and all the toppings fell off the pizza. Breadsticks were cold and even worse the Ranch Dipping sauce was watery. Look expired. I would not recommend this store at all.

Pizza is consistently good. Gluten free pies are good too. Tonight we found some short black hairs stuck in the cheese. Not cool. That stuff keeps people from coming back. Gotta wear hair nets if you’re in the food biz.

Johnathan is on a power trip took two hours more than expected to get my order I called he said he has one driver and he voided my order he’s a hit head manger or shifted because his gm is on vacation I always had good fast service the town I’m from I would t order it from here… he ask me my name to skip the other two people in front of my for delivery… I told him that’s now how it works or he ask me my name to tamper me pizza… power trip since his gm is on vacation “ in the Catalina’s “ I’d rather stick to pizza huts trash pizza than him duck with my food or put other people who call in front of my delivery… order ended up being voided 2 1/3 hours later ….

I have been to many Pizza huts all over Kentucky and tennessee. This one in Franklin has been my favorite and is still the best since childhood! The staff is polite and timely as they can be, give em a try!!
The pizza wasn't too bad. They refused to let me cancel and remake the pizza on a different crust even though I needed to make it again. Yes, it was my first error, but the management still ought to have offered more assistance. Staff was not very friendly.

Place frequent orders with them. with the majority of the drivers on a first-name basis. Fast delivery and consistently hot dishes are standard. (I always give the driver a gratuity as well). It takes forever only until the door dash delivers. for they are unable to continue without assistance. Frequently, employees from other establishments are required to work there. Service is decent overall. The food is also delicious.
