Ask for classic tenders and it never fails one or two are spicy out of the box. I don't understand why they can't get it right. On top of that more than once a tender has been under cooked and feels rubbery to the bite. Hit or miss for me. I only eat here out of convenience to my job. Also they can be very slow even with no other customers there.

Tonight is the SECOND unpleasant experience we've had at Franklin KY Popeyes with the manager that was on duty tonight, 3/21/24, 7 PM.Here is our experience tonight... My wife went through the drive-thru and placed an order and specifically, clearly stated that she wanted a three-piece meal, dark meat thighs only, mashed potatoes and an extra biscuit. She received two legs and a thigh and no extra biscuit. She drove back around to the drive-thru honk the horn nobody came to the drive-thru so she drove to the window. The manager on duty came to the window and abruptly told her she ordered dark meat my wife was very angry and left without getting the order corrected by the manager that took the original order. This manager is rude, belligerent in nature, unprofessional and promotes a hostile environment. However the food that we received was good, but it was the wrong food and rude unprofessional unfriendly service. We would prefer not to do business at this Popeyes when he is on duty again. ?

They too pricey you can go right up the street to franklin popeyes and it's much cheaper than the one in bowling green on nashville road and the chicken here be hard and old they don't care they will sell serve it to

The cashier that was on the register was apparently new and very nervous. The manager on duty was very rude. She was yelling at the cashier in front of everyone making her even more nervous. She was trying, but she needed some guidance. The manager was hateful to her and if I were the cashier, I would have just walked out and left her on her own to handle the front.

The place is *hit and the woman with blond hair was extremely rude and was being racist to the group of people in front of us for not being able to speak English. As we set there for over 15 minutes, she then said she couldn’t serve us. :(

The cashier asked the same question 3x then got someone to help her I was denied all flats for the first time ever in 36 years of my life and she was yelling ..I felt like she was trying to embarrass me ..I downloaded the app bc there was a deal advertised for the wings and the moment I added it to my cart it turned red and said no longer available ...I feel like the advertisment is great but it's not real ... Such a disappointment POPEYS USED to be my favorite ...I'll never ever be back to this one ...
