Have been 5 or 6 times recently. Food has always been delicious. One of several items ordered was wrong on just one visit. The manager made it right with no argument or fuss and offered an apology. They were short handed that evening and trying to train more than one new employee. They seem to have a good group of managers at this location.
I ordered the #2 combo, tots, un-sweet tea. The kid rings it up on screen as a sweet tea. I try to clarify "that's an unsweetened tea correct?". He gives me the affirmative. I figure he'll amend it.
Food comes out. Car hop reads back my order again she says "sweet tea". I try to clarify again, "that's an unsweet tea, yeah?" She doesn't listen, hands me my receipt, and leaves. It was, infact, sweet tea.
