I came tgrough the drive thru and asked for a pizza sub i asked for it baked as well and i asked for italian bread. Didnt get it baked nor did i get italian bread which is what i paid for. The service was slow but nothing that serious.

Hopefully this store is held accountable by the community of Allen county. If it was an employee get them out. If it was the owner, get this business out of town. Our veterans have a hard enough time with getting the help they need from our government. They shouldn't be treated like this by our own communities.

Doesn't respect the US, US veterans, and US laws regarding service animals. Doesn't honor coupons. Horrible customer service. Rude attitude from owner. Adamant about not being part of the franchise so they can do, say, and charge whatever they want. I'd give it negative stars if possible.

Denied a service dog and Veteran of service & asked them to leave as soon as they walked in the door. & Proceeded to take down the already hanging sign that said “Service animals welcome”

When you turn down a veteran with a service dog you get angry customers. This subway is a disgrace to all subways. What this subway did was break the law. You broke the law and at that with a veteran. Shameful.

This Subway used to be great. However, as of recently, they have put in a “shield” over the meat section. Now you can’t see what they are doing behind it. They are constantly shorting our sandwiches on meat, and when I’ve added extra or double meat to a sandwich, it’s just a regular amount- and you pay extra for that. This place has just gotten shady with their meat portions. I mean….it’s a Subway-the whole point is to watch your sandwich prepared in front of you. My suggestion-go to one of the other Subways in town.
