I did an online order and ate it in the restaurant. While eating I was surrounded by flies - but the worst part was near the end of my sandwich when I found a fly baked into the bread. The employees kept asking if I was sure it was a fly. I can see wings and legs. The manager offered to refund one of two subs.

There is a dark headed girl here that is always smiling and so happy. She has extremely pretty blue eyes. Sometimes she has on glasses other days she don’t. I usually see her in the evenings. I’m in there a lot. Anyways, she is the sweetest and always makes my experience personal and without hassle. Good Job, little lady. Never Change!

Manager ?? (I think) Was angrily putting together sandwichs. No greeting for customers threw up his hands when other chick got there then she (as slowly as humanly possible) finished my order then threw it in a bag 🙄🙄. I'm not tipping for that serious lack of customer service !! Do better !!
Had a wonderful experience here. One of the best subways in town in my opinion.

My sandwich made me sick. They put something spicy on my sandwich. Neither my wife's sandwich or my step sons sandwich was toasted as I requested on line. Atmosphere was dull. No one even welcomed me or asked if I needed anything else. When I walked in I saw some food on the floor where customers sit. The manager on shift was the only one I saw working at this location. The girl looked at me and turned right back around. I myself won't be going back there again.

The utter apathy and indifference with which the sandwich artist treated me and the construction of my sandwich were so powerful that they propelled me out of the restaurant with great verve, before my sandwich was even completed.
That girl has no business being in any kind of service position. She has literally cost this business money. I will take my business to one of the other 7 billion Subways there are.

Honestly embarrassing to even walk into this place after how rude the lady and man were, they claim their “wifi is not working” yet i was able to continue an online order with them regardless and have my money TAKEN out of my account as well. i call them multiple times and no answer so i walk into the store and explained my issue and was just instantly met with the uttermost disrespect chick ever, claiming they never got an order and continuing to deny giving my order or anything while showing proof of the order going through and the money taken out, they still decided to be disrespectful and rude.

The manager was really nice each time, but the young man that waited on me the last two times wouldn't say anything only "toasted and "what else", I mean really no customer service wow then today the girl that waited on me was exactly the same wouldn't say anything, I said thank you multiple times and she literally just stated at me so with that I'll never go back! EVER Subway needs to teach their employees how to interact with customers instead of ignoring them no way to do business, and I know I'm not the only person that has had the Same experience there!!

As I got into the store. There were 2 boys sitting on their phones. They didn't wait on me right away they were discussing who was going to get up, and take my order. These are both very young boys. I explained I was ordering 2 sandwiches. Which made the kid look more upset that he had to wait on me. I ordered my first sandwich, and while doing so. The manager came in. He made the other boy get up, and start taking orders since I wasn't the only customer there. The boy never explained to me that the first sandwich I ordered was not offered with my coupon. I wasn't aware of this until the manager spoke up. So now I have to order a third sandwich. As I'm trying the boy what I was needing for the last sandwich he just stood there looking at me like I was stupid. The manager told him to get started on the one I just ordered. He was arguing with the manager in front of myself, and 3 other customers. He finally got to ring me up. He was very rude, and said scan it. I asked him what he was talking about as I was handing him the coupon. He took the coupon and scanned it so I thought. Well I got home to find out the coupon never scanned, and I paid full price for 3 sandwiches. This was the worst experience ever.
