Krystle and Bradley always do a great job taking care of us. We actually pass up the local WaHo just to come to this one.
This place is super clean now! The cook Joe made sure my food was great tasting, fresh & hot. Waitress Kristy did a good job, I didn't have to ask for anything. I'm going to become a regular here again.

Christy was our Server & Joe was our Cook. The service was amazing, the food was perfect and presented picture perfect. The restaurant was very clean...inside & out. Glad we gave this location another opportunity.
A while back we went and left...the Server's were cussing and yelling about personal business. One of them went outside to smoke at the front door, an elderly couple had to walk through it. Why didn't she move? Blow it in a different direction? She has gray hair and is a bigger-ish size person. We watched 2 families with small children walk out. The cussing and personal topic of the crew working was not for children or any of us to hear.
Last night we drove by and through the window's saw a different crew working. So glad we went in. We will start going back. We asked Christy & Joe's work schedule...they are there 9pm-7am. Hope others who stopped eating at this location will give this place another chance. You'll be glad you did. -Melani

One of our first visits to this location, they had a fire in the kitchen..that’s fine and we get it, but they sprayed the fire extinguisher all over the kitchen. It went all over the kitchen, any and all food (including ours) and it made the dining area smell. They told us oh it’s fine, we will be back up and running in no time. We ended up leaving because they had no intention of getting rid of the contaminated food. They were going to reuse it!
Today, we ordered to-go. Apparently you can’t call in orders anymore. You have to place your order online. There’s no way online to make modifications to your order. We picked up the order and it was wrong, very wrong. My husband ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and got some sort of sandwich on bread. No toppings at all. They did not give me and my son the sausage that came with our orders either. Here’s the kicker—the server checked our order before handing it to me! I don’t think I got my double order of hashbrowns either.
This location is terrible and we will never be back.

This waffle house was definitely one of / if not the worst I've been to yet. The food was cooked ok, the guys cooking were hard at work, but I've had better. They are the only reason this is a 2 star, not a 1 star. Our waitress, I didn't catch her name, was bad. She was just finishing her shift at 6am and stood in front of a restaurant full of customers and complained very loudly about how she wasn't getting enough shifts and she hated the new girl. She went on complaining for 20 minutes or so until we finished breakfast. Luckily, the cooks kept our coffee full and attended us like she should have. Then she announced that she was done for the day and clocked out and left. The restaurant wasn't the best kept either. My main complaint is that the soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken and hard to get soap to wash my hands. I hope they can step up there game, WH is one of my favorite restaurants, but this one was frankly kinda crap.
Good place to eat sometimes a little cramped but it is ok. Just having to wait your turn sometimes.

A bit dissappointed in this WH, will go down the road a few miles north next time. Waitress seem confused, forgetful, and out of sorts. She said she had worked there for 6 months! Order was wrong, eggs and toast cold, eggs under cooked (at least from what I ordered. Ordered an All Star and got the bill before I received my sausage or waffle. Had to remind my waitress that I hadn't received all my food. Otherwise food was tasty, eventually got everything I ordered. The staff seemed to spend quite a bit of time bickering. Pretty poor overall experience especially for a WH.
