Don't know why but I always have a hard time getting fresh fries from this Wendy's in particular. I continue to go back regardless because of the staff and of course it's around the corner so that always helps. The burgers are almost always delicious and fresh, watch out for the chicken tho.. sometimes it sits around from 2pm (after lunch rush) to whenever you get there...

I walked in after 11 pm and was greeted with smiles and kindness. I asked a couple of questions and they were so polite. I was handed my food and when I tried to pay they told me merry Christmas I can't tell you how much that kindness meant to me. It may not seem like a big deal to some, but for me, at this time ,during this season, it meant everything. Thank you so much to those boys at Franklin Wendy's.

My experience was very bad. I would not want anyone else to come and buy food from here. I ordered from them. They deliberately gave me the wrong order. When I asked them to correct it, they gave me a very bad impression. Then after waiting for 20 minutes, they gave me my order in a very rude way. This is very wrong. I also felt racist in it.

I am not so sure that your manager, owner, supervisor, whoever the lady was in the lightly colored green shirt that was leaving as I was about to place my order would have appreciated your comments or your behavior towards customers …
Maybe there are some people in this world that have certain dietary restrictions or medical conditions that modifications have to be made … but that’s okay I see how insensitive you and your co worker were especially since you were both talking loud enough for me to hear out in the lobby …

Claim they have to charge me for a full burger if I want to add a beef patty lol ridiculous only one in the country that tries to do this 6-7$ for a single beef patty no thanks! 2-3$ everywhere else in the country
