Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had in my life, the “manager” Lachelle accused me of stealing at $3.99 biscuit, when we asked to see the cameras rewound she made excuses not to show them. Mistakes happen but to accuse someone of stealing is absurd. Do better Wendy’s

The worst experience. Contrary to belief some patrons have a schedule to keep. The drive thru is off set as it's at the end of a truck stop so I went in. The lady waited on a customer that came up after me. Then as I have been standing there for minutes, getting very close to my schedule time she wanted to carry on a conversation. I explained I was in a time crunch and just need my food, got told how rude I was and as she handed me my food called me a jerk.

You have a better chance at a plane falling out of the sky than the drive thru being open at this Wendy’s location. It’s literally so ridiculous. 1 Wendy’s has already shut down in Franklin, and I can imagine this one will be the next restaurant to shut down in this town.
Either you go to the drive thru and they tell you to order inside, or they have a mile long line inside that takes them an hour to take 10 orders. The kitchen seems to always get their job done, but the front end is incredibly disappointing.

I ordered classic chicken sandwich after standing in line forever since the cashier didn’t know what she was doing, got chicken with bacon and ranch and cheese sandwich I don’t even know if it’s something on their menu since I always order classic chicken sandwich but it’s disgusting
