Don't know why but I always have a hard time getting fresh fries from this Wendy's in particular. I continue to go back regardless because of the staff and of course it's around the corner so that always helps. The burgers are almost always delicious and fresh, watch out for the chicken tho.. sometimes it sits around from 2pm (after lunch rush) to whenever you get there...
I walked in after 11 pm and was greeted with smiles and kindness. I asked a couple of questions and they were so polite. I was handed my food and when I tried to pay they told me merry Christmas
I can't tell you how much that kindness meant to me. It may not seem like a big deal to some, but for me, at this time ,during this season, it meant everything. Thank you so much to those boys at Franklin Wendy's.

I am SO SORRY that it was such an inconvenience for you to have to make a Fry with no Salt … I’m sure it took all of what 2 mins or less outta your day? SMH
I am not so sure that your manager, owner, supervisor, whoever the lady was in the lightly colored green shirt that was leaving as I was about to place my order would have appreciated your comments or your behavior towards customers …
