We got meals for a family of 5, me and my husband ordered the triple bourbon burger meal and the triple baconator meal, got home and seen we got 2 dave's doubles instead called up there and told them... told us to come back and they would fix it and when we got back home ready to eat it was the exact same 2 dave's double's again!! They werent even cooked all the way thru!!! Nasty

First time at this Wendy's and used the drive thru on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered a Baconator sandwich and a small chocolate frosty. Both were good. Will go back another time and make an update here.

I order a double baconator the bun was stale the bacon was old and the burger was cold the manager was very rude to the associate at the register in front of customers very dissatisfied with the experience will not come

Ordered to dine in at 1:30 p.m., got food order 2:00 p.m., but ended up taking out. Our food order wasn't processed after we placed order, got our beverages though. Waited 20 to 25 minutes for food and one burger wasn't made like we asked. We like Wendy's food. Sorry, I don't like giving negative reviews about anyone or anyplace. If it be possible, just like to see some positive changes there, just please help them.

They are VERY slow. I DoorDash within the past 2 weeks their system has been “down” or they just aren’t taking anymore orders. Sometimes it’s an hour-30 minutes before they close.

When there for a family nuggets pack. The employees were fairly quick and the nuggets were good. Better than last few times.

Ordered a bacon baconnator and got a bouble stack and when your on lunch break you don't have time to go back so check your food before you leave the window.
I haven't ate it Wendy's in a long time so I stopped there and ate the other day and it's still good but you do you remember when they first open the sandwich it's all man I still dream about them but it is all still good

Dine in was closed so we used drive thru. The burgers were okay but the fries were not hot. I hadn't ate Wendy's in quite some time bit thought I'd give it another try..it will probably be a long while before I try it again.

I was disappointed my my order of the new Summer Strawberry Salad. I was expecting to have several nice pieces of strawberries and it only has 4 small slices of strawberries on it.

INCREDIBLY slow service. 15 to 20 minute wait. Not friendly. As I sat waiting, again, at the payment window, I could see a young mail worker pulling fries from one bow to another and then touching his face with his gloves. Nobody was hustling. Haven't eaten yet, so no rating on the food.
