No salt on fries no ketchup no napkins. They closed as soon as I got my food. I had to go beg Burger King to get my food to an eatable level

The lemon pepper is just salt overload 😋🤢🤮 and they gave me ranch dip never asked didn't know I hate ranch ... thanks for ruining my lunch. Last straw done we this BS

When you are tired and just want a hot meal to go. Nope not happening. The order was wrong and charged for items I didn’t ask for. Get home to have to go all the way back to the store. Tried calling but no answer. Went in to have them fix the order. They did redo the meals. But while waiting one of the young girls came through telling the manager to check his cell phone. Wow, customer needs can’t be met if everyone is more worried about cell phone. Come on Zaxby’s!!!!

I order traditional wing combo and they gave me wings and things and charged me for it. The wings were old and dried out. The tea and fries were good though.

Zaxbys is my favorite, I don’t think anything will ever change that. BUT, Please, if you all have to charge for sauces, make sure we actually get the sauces. I know it’s too easy to forget but we gotta try harder. It happens too often.
