Amazing food! can’t ever deny that! But horrible customer service during the drive thru, it seems like no one wants to truly speak anymore and side eyes.

When you are tired and just want a hot meal to go. Nope not happening. The order was wrong and charged for items I didn’t ask for. Get home to have to go all the way back to the store. Tried calling but no answer. Went in to have them fix the order. They did redo the meals. But while waiting one of the young girls came through telling the manager to check his cell phone. Wow, customer needs can’t be met if everyone is more worried about cell phone. Come on Zaxby’s!!!!

I order traditional wing combo and they gave me wings and things and charged me for it. The wings were old and dried out. The tea and fries were good though.

Zaxbys is my favorite, I don’t think anything will ever change that. BUT, Please, if you all have to charge for sauces, make sure we actually get the sauces. I know it’s too easy to forget but we gotta try harder. It happens too often.

They gave me a old salad I called and said they going to write me name down I go up there couple days later and they act like I was lying really rude the 2nd shift manger and general manager.

Can we keto buster! It's been far too long since I had Zaxbys big zak snack attack. Oh, how I've missed the golden fried goodness. What can I say? Cow 🐄 marketing is funny at the other place. But chicken fingers are and Zax sauce is no laughing matter. I enjoyed my keto cheat.
Here's a tip for keto lovers like me. Instead of the salad. Opt for original chicken wings plain. Ask for some of the fry seasoning sprinkle liberally on the wings. Boom, dry rub wings. Delicious 😋

The cash taker in the drive thru is now stationed in a PLEXIGLASS SHACK - no proper heat, no proper jacket/coat, no connection to the store for restroom breaks/basic sanitation post-sneezing/security purposes. This is both cruel to the worker in question and very unsafe after dark. My CHICKENS have more insulation than the poor cashier does. UNTIL THE SHACK IS GONE, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Treat your employees better, Zaxby's!

Went here on 9/3 for the new Tacos. We're food but had nearly 50% less fillings than the ones I got from the White House location the previous day. The cheese and lettuce were almost non existent and the pico was minimal at best. Brought some back for my coworkers to try. Hope they weren't disappointed as these can be amazing! Oh, also ordered the fried pickles. They were awful and tasteless, avoid.

I think Zaxby's food is very good. I often buy their Cobb salad period the downsize for me is I don't feel very comfortable in their eating area and I don't always want to take it home.

This is one of my favorite Zaxbys to visit. I love eating at this Zaxbys!The food is delicious and seasoned very well! The sauce on my wings is always heavy how I like it and fries are always cooked fresh and the food is so good it will literally bring tears to your eyes! I'm looking forward my next visit! I appreciate your fresh food, excellent customer service, clean restrooms and dining area! Good Job! Keep up the great work!
