If you love strawberry shortcake and have to be gluten free, Fancy Fannie’s poundcake is amazing as the foundation! The pound cake is fabulous on its own but, adding fresh sliced strawberries and whipped cream brought it to the level of delight I have not had in years!!!! Thank you for providing gluten free delicious baked goods.

I absolutely love this bakery!! This was my first time there and omgoodness it was awesome. I got Gluten free chocolate boho cake and it was delicious...so moist. Will be back. Oh I also got the gluten free chocolate chip cookies and they were also amazing!! This will be my go to place from now on! I got a cake, chocolate chip cookies and I also got 3 valentines sugar cookies that were adorable all cost me 43.00. It was well worth it!

The cake was one of the most moist and best tasting cakes ive eaten. We chose strawberry cake. The price was relatively similar if not a little better compared to other local bakeries.
