I feel like when you come through and order for that they should ask you what sauce and have no problem oblen giving it to you but no all McDonald’s are crazy about the amount of dipping sauce you get and even get mad when you ask for it even when you spend 50 at there store

I would give a better rating but the fact that I go through almost every single morning for breakfast and when a manager is at the window handing out the order and can't stop talking to the crew cutting up long enough to make sure that a cup of coffee actually is made right and she is the one making it and then to give no napkins is a bit ridiculous. I am not sure what is going on but the fact that a manager is making these continued mistakes is crazy. It seems like it is mainly the younger employees that are making the most mistakes. The mornings that the older members of the crew are working I rarely have issues with my order. Also looks like black mold is starting to grow.

Can’t give good stars because depending on what manger is present is how your service and food will come out sorry say it like that’s it’s truth one manger lets kids in there run wild while she smoke cigarettes outside I hope it gets better when the other mangers are there you can tell a HUGE difference hope I can change this review to good in future ?

Ordered breakfast 1 &2 breakfast meal July 24. Man taking order fouled up order had to keep changing it, then food came no hash browns. Ask him where they were, told me didn’t order meal I told him ordered meals 1&2 told us hash browns didn’t come with that kept arguing with. Told go away and we would not be back. Never tried to make it right. When left he was arguing with another customer at the register with the shift manager who I had seen arguing with customers in the past. Don’t recommend this establishment at all, worst managed place I have ever been to.

Ordered a steak egg cheese bagel meal. They got my coffee right but gave me an old bacon egg cheese bagel with no egg and no sauce. Of course it was drive through and was too far away to do anything about it when I realized. My order number was 1333 and the order number on the old bagel was 871. Disgraceful.

Manager made the employee cry right in front of customers and the other employee involved was just as nasty yelling at the driver. Then proceeded to take there aggression out on my KIDS happy meals. Food missing and dry nasty fries. 0/10 customer service, would not recommend, and the employee the manager made cry deserves better and a raise.
This was the Mayfield McDonald's. I ordered a fish sandwich it was so hard it broke off into sprinter pieces and really hunt my mouth. So sad I really love there fish.
Wheelchair accessibility: You can get into McDonald's the parking is ok for wheelchairs and you can get into the rest rooms very easy

Only customer in line at the counter took 12 minutes to get my big breakfast then forgot my coffee that was another 8 minutes then didn't give me sugar and creamer for my coffee had to ask for that also which took another 4 minutes when I went to eat my food it was cold very bad way to start my day
