The workers were very rude and waited almost 45 min on my food, and they didn't even know what we ordered very disappointed!

Went to get breakfast this morning expecting a breakfast burrito and I get a tortilla flat as can be and barely anything in them worst breakfast I ever gotten and not to metion I was a hash brown short on wat I paid for do better and they wonder why the pay hasn’t gone up they can’t get the simple things right

was not very clean not friendly had to use a kiosk order and they said the freeze machine was being defrost when asked about the price for the other drink she gave a stare
They will pull you up and make you wait almost every time

The drive-through service was really disappointing. The young woman at the window was super rude and seemed way more interested in her phone than helping customers. We had to shout to get her attention just to pay. She seriously needs to work on her customer service skills.

Order 2 different burgers.. both of them were not right paid extra for a bacon quarter pounder only to find no bacon.. added extra patty for big mac.. again no extra meat only thing right on my order was the French fries. Call the manager for her to tell me that they are human.. I think they should maybe read the freaking tickets .. awful customer service to say the least
