They will pull you up and make you wait almost every time
The drive-through service was really disappointing. The young woman at the window was super rude and seemed way more interested in her phone than helping customers. We had to shout to get her attention just to pay. She seriously needs to work on her customer service skills.

Order 2 different burgers.. both of them were not right paid extra for a bacon quarter pounder only to find no bacon.. added extra patty for big mac.. again no extra meat only thing right on my order was the French fries. Call the manager for her to tell me that they are human.. I think they should maybe read the freaking tickets .. awful customer service to say the least

Everyone we came in contact with was nice. We was missing 2 of 4 sandwiches, no problem getting them when we went in. The only problem is the area the employees have to walk to bring out drive through order is very in even and I was so worried the lady that was sent out was going to fall. I really hope they fix that.

I pulled up to McDonaldâs and the lady said, âWill you be using the mobile app?â I told her yeah but I didnât think sheâd ask me first bc usually they do it at the end of the order. So I tried to pull it up and this women down right disrespected me and said, âI guess notâ then when I got my food, NO PATTY ON MY BURGER I thought I was being played with or smth very dissatisfied.
