No one in drive thru when I got there. Placed order. 15 min. Later saw the owner inside. I asked what was holdup. He said other people ahead of me. Two cars had pulled up behind me and finally left. Why did they take order ad soon as I got there if other people ahead of me. Dont know how they stay in business. Obviously run by idiots.

Called order in at 4:00 pm. At 4:45 still sitting in drive-thru. Took 35 minutes to have someone wait on me in the drive thru. Good food but is it really worth the long wait!

Slow service. We did not get all our order. The ribs had no taste except smoke. They were greasy. The sides are all canned. It has instant tea.Did I mention the service. Took a while to be acknowledged after sitting ourselves. We even heard other customers say it was a long wait and the ticket came with the meal.. better find a fast food place on way out.I would not recommend at all.

I was working in area and Smoke House was suggested to me as a good local place to eat lunch. It was truly homestyle cooking. A very full plate, drink and tip for only $12.17. Pulled Pork with 3 veggies and roll. Food very good , service is another story. Like most places now, understaffed and slow. I can overlook this because of food quality.
