We usually visit Wendy’s frequently…. This time however wasn’t such a pleasant experience. My husbands and children’s food was “ok” but I ordered a apple pecan chicken salad and asked for ranch dressing instead of the pomegranate dressing. My lettuce was wilted and slimy on the bottom of the bowl, parts were brown in color. The portion wasn’t even correct.(I order it alot ) the apples were also squishy and brown . I was gonna try and make do since it was late but nothing about this salad was salvageable. To say we won’t be eating here for awhile would be an understatement

I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the basic hamburger meal, and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. My fries were crisp and hot . Great Job Wendy's! Go inside and use the fancy coke machine and make a cherry coke.

Walked in around 10am on 2/14/25 for a mobile order of a maple bacon chicken croissant and seasoned potatoes. The lady working was nice, friendly, got my order out quickly, and even took the time and effort to make the potatoes fresh! Never had such good food or service from a Wendy's. I'm usually hesitant to order from Wendy's after many bad experiences but this was a very good one. Very good employee you had working here at this time.

I didn't think my mushroom burger was thoroughly cooked, it tasted off to me. However, my son's food was great. I also had to clean my own table. I'm normally not too picky but it had soda and condiments all over so I cleaned it so we could sit down.

My fiancé and I stopped here during our road trip. The experience was mid. Food was somewhat filling but not as fresh as other Wendy's I've been to. It was also not the cleanest. I wasn't aware of the tourism tax, either, but that's on Kentucky, I guess, not Wendy's themselves. Prices, in my opinion, are not worth the quantity you receive.

I recently stopped by the Wendy's in Fulton, Kentucky, hoping for a quick and satisfying meal. Unfortunately, my experience was less than stellar. The food was subpar, and their new wrap, which I was particularly excited to try, was incredibly bland.
The wrap lacked any real flavor or seasoning, and the ingredients seemed to be thrown together without much care. The overall taste was underwhelming and forgettable. I was also disappointed with the classic chicken sandwich, as the chicken was dry and the bun was stale.
The service was average at best. The staff seemed disinterested and didn't go out of their way to provide a positive customer experience. The restaurant itself wasn't particularly clean either, with several tables needing to be wiped down.
While the prices were reasonable, the quality of the food didn't justify the cost. I left feeling unsatisfied and wishing I had chosen a different fast food option.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Wendy's in Fulton, Kentucky. The food was bland and forgettable, the service was lackluster, and the cleanliness of the restaurant left something to be desired. There are better fast food options in the area that offer tastier food and a more enjoyable dining experience.
