A local recommended this to me, and I’m glad they did. The fried mushrooms are to die for. The chicken sandwiches are excellent. Even though they were busy the food came out quickly and our server was attentive.

Great little gem of a restaurant. NY strip was amazing, perfect preparation and sear, melts in your mouth!! Good pricing. Friendly staff. We recommend getting there early, limited seating. Get the lava cake! You won't be disappointed.

We were thrilled to find this restaurant while visiting from out of town. My son and I split the prime rib special. I am a fanatic or this dish and it was one of the best I ever had. Sides of sweet potato, fresh broccoli and fried okra rounded out the meal perfectly. First time my son (8) had it and he said it's his new favorite.They could use to improve the lighting, it just doesn't do the food justice when served but it doesn't hamper the taste.Fantastic food, friendly staff. I wish they were closer to home.

Great place that has plenty of parking around it and across the street. It's a wait to be seated kind of place with table service, and you pay at the counter upon leaving. We got here early, so we were seated right away, and our drink order was promptly taken. The sweet tea here is fairly sweet, so half and half makes it great if you don't like super sweet tea. I ordered the country fried steak, which is huge with fries and a side of gravy to cover the fries in. The other side was the cowboy beans. These beans are awesome, little bit of onion in there with a hint of spice, they're great. The country fried steak had a good flavor with the spices in it and is good and moist. The better half got the ribeye steak sandwich. The food here never disappoints, and the service is fantastic. If your ever in the area, stop in for a "Little Taste of Texas" 2 thumbs up!!

We were seated quickly. Our waitress was attentive and extremely friendly! I had the BBQ pork baked potato, and it was good. I wish I had tried the salmon salad, which was the special. Just to try it. Highly recommend!

My mother and I went to this nice little restaurant earlier today and we both got the country fried steak smothered in gravy with a side of a loaded baked potato and large cowboy beans. We were impressed with how big the meal ended up being. Neither of us could finish our meals and had leftovers to take home. The quality of the food was very good and the service was nice and quick. We'll certainly be coming back again.
I had a pulled pork sandwich and fried okra. Both were very tasty. Our server was very friendly, and our food was delivered quickly, which was a good thing because we were in something of a rush. We asked immediately for our check, and the server offered to put our drinks into to-go cups for use and returned them refilled as well.

Greetings at the door was very nice, service was amazing. Food was ok but our order wasn't what we asked for and the steak special came but wasn't very warm. They were really busy and since our server was so nice and pleasant we just ate. We were traveling and found them on Google. If we're in the area again we might try again when it's a bit less busy.
