On November 5th my friend and my son and I came through the drive-thru. I ordered (on the app) a large double roast beef meal and I had an option for a free regular roast beef sandwich. My friend wanted to add mayo, lettuce, and tomato (the app would only let me add tomato, had to request the rest at the speaker).
The roast beef on both sandwiches was dry, and the regular roast beef sandwich didn't get the tomato (my friend didn't tell me it was missing until she almost finished it).
The Coke Zero tasted like it had too much carbonation in it. I came inside to add Diet Dr Pepper to it but it didn't taste any better. I didn't say anything to the employees as I think it was close to closing and decided to submit feedback on the app.
I submitted this in the app twice, maybe 3 times, and never got any response or any offer of replacement. Nothing 🙁

Good roast beef as always. Good service, too! I just tried their Reuben sandwich and will certainly go back for another. I do wish it had more sauerkraut but not everyone loves it as much as I do.
Ran thru the drive -thru on 8/20/25 at 2:00 pm. Ordered the crispy chicken meal. Chicken like leather-so dried up from sitting and they dumped a ton of mayo and lettuce to try and cover up Curley fries cold. Threw $11.12 bucks in the trash because I could not eat. Last trip ever.

The Bag of food was hidden beside the house so when I opened the door I couldn't see my order, until the next morning when I was walking back inside after taking out the trash
Everything was so bland and slightly overpriced. The only up side was the attentive cashier. And I didn't get her name. 😶
