Let me start off by saying their doughnuts are the best in town, but customer service is terrible. We pre-ordered and paid for 8 dozen doughnuts earlier in the week for a birthday party and was told to pick them up at 11:30 on Sunday morning. When we arrived to pick up our order, they were not ready. The lady told us they forgot about the order because they were busy. There was a note on the register she took off that showed our order and that we had already paid. She said sorry and gave us our money back as they were sold out. We now have 30 minutes before the birthday and no desert as we always do doughnuts instead of cake.
