Food was great. However, the wait was fairly long for a fast food restaurant, but that likely stemmed from low number of employees at the time. The workers were friendly but obviously overworked or stressed. Did leave off an ordered item but more than made up for it afterward. Overall, its a good place to grab a bite if you are in no hurry and can be understanding.

Burger was nasty, it had half a jar of mayonase on it... Absolutly discussting! Got some cheese bites, they were cold and tasted like they been cooked a while.
Service messed up my order, and was not very friendly, acted high... I will not be back!

If you try to call these people, they don't know how to pick up the phone, I've tried to call them since 10:00 this morning, then I take a break and waited until after the lunch period say around 1:00 1:30, and they still have not answered the phone, it's a crappy way of running a business, The only thing I was trying to do is get paid for my paycheck, then I have not gone in over a month ridiculous.

The employees here are some of the nicest and friendliest people I've met since I moved to Kentucky a year ago.

The foods alright but I have a problem with the service they took too long to take our order they told us they had other people ahead of us in the line getting there food and thats why they couldnt take our order that is ridiculous I shouldn't have to wait 15-20 mins for someone to take my order all because of people waiting on there food not ok....

A car came by through the drive-thru with no muffler while I was trying to place an order and the lady taking the order was really not nice then I paid for my order and pulled up to the second window the other lady slammed the window in my face and got smart just because I asked for extra napkins somebody somebody better come and get these people

I usually enjoy going to Burger King but after today I don’t think I will be back. I don’t enjoy spending money to go eat with my family and then having to leave early from hearing the workers in the back discuss throwing up loudly amongst each other where everyone can hear.

I love burger kind by all means, don’t get me wrong. but I highly dislike how yall cannot ever get an order correct!!. It doesn’t matter whether you go, through drive through, or in to order they’ll still get it wrong. But that’s not a big deal i understand people get busy and mixups happen and it’s not a big deal what so ever. But it becomes a big deal when we have to go back in, not Once, Not twice, But three times. and the employee Selena was HIGHLY disrespectful about the whole situation. the Second time i sent my partner in to fix them order he came back out and only ONE of the burgers out of the two we order was fixed correct that time. I noticed mine was still wrong so i went back in and she whispered to a former coworker “not her again” i seen her mouth it. Which agitated me i told her our issue and i was like i understand yall get busy and there might have been a misunderstanding, i continue to tell her the correct order for burger #2. Okay well that just rolls over her head or something and she’s sitting there jaw drop turns around to former coworker and goes “oh my god” turns back to me continues to get hateful and was like “that’s what he just told me and that’s what we put” i said “obviously not” sitting there with my smashed burger THAT HAD EVERYTHING ON IT WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A PLAIN burger just agitated. then she says “can i get a manager or someone up front now please” and continued to turn around and whisper to the former employee. And i just want to say a huge thank you to Employee Billy, he was such a sweet soul!! he helped us out so much. his attitude was by far the best than the others.
