I love burger kind by all means, don’t get me wrong. but I highly dislike how yall cannot ever get an order correct!!. It doesn’t matter whether you go, through drive through, or in to order they’ll still get it wrong. But that’s not a big deal i understand people get busy and mixups happen and it’s not a big deal what so ever. But it becomes a big deal when we have to go back in, not Once, Not twice, But three times. and the employee Selena was HIGHLY disrespectful...
We just got some breakfast from here and there was only two people working but they were extremely nice. They were out of all biscuits except two and the added the last two onto our order. The girl at the window was very kind and had to work lots of things. She had to even walk food out to someone else. They gave us an orange juice on the house and overall they were good people.
Was very disappointed. Ordered on their app and then waited for 15 minutes in line at the drive-thru. Then the fries were luke warm at best, and the burger was warm but dried out. Do not anticipate visiting again.
