I wish you'd at least get the portion that is shows on the menu photos. I counted 8 pieces of shrimp of the Popcorn Shrimp & Fish dinner. Prices have all gone up, but the quality & portions went down. But thats every where.

I ordered a sweet tea and set in line literally for seven minutes with only one car in front of me at the window! I just drove off, there is no sense in this! They need different management here!

No ice in ice machine in Lobby. No sweet tea in Lobby. No hush puppies on one order. Fries hard and barely warm. Bathrooms had soap in soap dispensers but they didn't dispense any soap. Told the cashier about no hush puppies on one order and she brought out some. Said they would get us some fresh hot fries. Only brought one order of fresh fries. Both meals fries were hard and barely warm.Told the cashier about the soap not working in either bathroom and she said she would tell the manager. No manager went to either bathroom by the time we left!

I was charged $21 for a very small serving of mac and cheese, okra, and a shrimp skewer. The meal normally costs me $14 so I believe it was rung up wrong. The woman was extremely rude at the counter. The meal normally comes with rice and bread and I was told AFTER ordering that they were out..?? I asked if I could add anything else and was told no because the rice and bread were included in the price.. which they were out of. Service is always terrible and the only reason I ordered inside is because it takes 30+ minutes to be waited on in the drive thru. The workers are also in street clothes and didn’t look professional. I won’t be back for a while!
