I was charged $21 for a very small serving of mac and cheese, okra, and a shrimp skewer. The meal normally costs me $14 so I believe it was rung up wrong. The woman was extremely rude at the counter. The meal normally comes with rice and bread and I was told AFTER ordering that they were out..?? I asked if I could add anything else and was told no because the rice and bread were included in the price.. which they were out of. Service is always terrible and the only reason I ordered inside is because it takes 30+ minutes to be waited on in the drive thru. The workers are also in street clothes and didn’t look professional. I won’t be back for a while!

Terrible service, very rude, waited at the speaker for 6 minutes before being acknowledged. A food item was missed and we politely asked for it. They said "you never ordered that" went to prove it to them via receipt and then was told "I'm on the headset with another customer"
We took the loss and decided to leave, needless to say we certainly won't be back to this particular restaurant.
Just further proves we need to cook our own food as a nation, not only is it more healthy, and cost effective, but to rely on the workforce nowadays is concerning.

Never have I ate at a Captain D's until tonight 10/28/24. The restraunt is filthy and the employees are on cloud 9. If I could give 10 negative stars for this restraunt I would. The food here was cold, unflavorful, and unappetizing. I find myself asking a question, "how can a McDonald's fillet-o-fish sandwich be 10 times better than a restraunt that specializes in fish?" It was a completely horrible experience, I did not finish my food, and the best part of the whole meal was the minute maid drink that came out of the soda fountain. If all captain D's restraunts are represented by this one I would close them all tomorrow and turn them into a soup kitchen for the homeless.

Never going back to this establishment, they were out of most everything on their menu. My catfish was not completely cooked and tasted horrible. My fries were ice cold and tasted like cardboard. This was a to go order so when i got back to work, to my suprise my food was awful. Service was fine, girl behind the counter was friendly but had a sense of embarrassment because they were out of half of their menu. Not a place i would recommend. I paid $17.00 for three pieces of undercooked catfish, cold fries, coleslaw and a large drink. Never again!!
Drive through lady was rude. I order the white fish meal grilled extra seasoning there was no seasoning on the fish and there was no rice and the baked potato hade small piece of tinfoil in the middle of the potato. I will never eat there again worst place ever.

It has been awhile since we have been here and I was craving some fish so I decided to take the family out to eat. I was very disappointed all of our food was cold. The only thing that was hot was my fish. The wife and the kids chicken fries or macaroni everything else was cold. I said something to the worker and didn't really get a response but I'll go check I mean we eat so it doesn't make a difference definitely won't be back for a while
