If I could leave negative stars, I would. I placed an ASAP pickup order through the app with a 15-minute estimate. When I arrived, the employee was eating and on her phone and barely acknowledged me. She couldn’t find my order and then claimed it wasn’t scheduled until 8:00, even though it was already past the estimated time.
I was told they’d start making it, waited another 15–20 minutes, then was told they were “too busy” to have made it despite the store being nearly empty. Due to the poor attitude and lack of service, I asked to cancel and was told I had to do it myself. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

Classless, clueless and everything in between. Even the manager was useless/worthless to even mention anything to. Not another dime of mine at any Casey’s or anyone affiliated with Casey’s

Staff refuses to make orders I have ordered cookies twice from there and each time the manager refuses to actually make the cookies. We door dashed and the guy told the dasher he had to make the cookies but instead of making them he just said they are out of stock. This is the second time that’s after the store gets the order and you wait 20 minutes because it says they are preparing the order. Then he tells the dasher it’s not his problem that’s corporates issue this place is a whole joke. They need to fire the whole staff and hire people that actually are working for their pay not just sitting there doing nothing.

Countless bad experiences at this and other locations. Every time I realize I have pulled into a Casey's (All of these filling stations in my area used to be owned by a different franchise and I was used to patronizing them) once I start the pump I get angry at myself today was no different. I knew to avoid them right off because for weeks I tried installing a stupid app that is required for some fuel rewards and discounts that are advertised in the store but not available without being a rewards member. I still get texts from this ridiculous place and they still will not accept my rewards without an app installation. I will never intentionally patronize any of these stations!

It is 95 degrees today and I couldn’t get lunch because of you I was asked if I was waiting for something I said yeah I’m waiting for pizza there’s none out 15 minutes later I asked when it will be done and they told me 15-20 mins so instead of telling me it won’t be ready for a long time you made me waste my lunch break so I couldn’t get anything else

Nice store, poorly run by incompetent and lazy staff.
Only a single pizza cooked by lunch rush, and only one person operating a register with another just standing uselessly behind the counter doing absolutely nothing, while 10 people are in line.
And I thought speedway was bad.

This is far from a real Casey's General Store. The phone number listed does not work and when it transfers you to the kitchen they answer and hang up. Upon going to the store in person it's obvious that the store is lacking almost all of the Things that you would find in a real Midwestern Casey's store. The two slices of pizza they had in the warmer looked like they had been there for days, the other two warmers were empty and There was no doughnut rack at all. The sandwich shop was non existent as well. As someone who has worked in a Casey's as a teen I am ashamed to say this store is in my town.

If your looking for basic snacks , fuel , tobacco products and things of that nature along with gas and diesel. Then Casey’s has you covered. However there is just something missing from this particular location maybe it’s the service or just the general vibe here. Any ways they do have the basic convenience type store items covered. But that’s all I can say about them.
Wife went in and bought a phone charger for the low price of 50 dollars and she had a few other things whic h brought the total up she didn't want to cause the fuss of un ringing the item so sheasks for a receipt, which should be automatic, then gets printed the wrong receipt and to top it off when you try to call the only number Google gives its not even a working number. Give marathon their store back
