This store doesn't make doordash orders if the drive thru and lobby are busy, so don't bother ordering online you will not get your order until it slows down hours later

Drive through is always slow and tonight once I placed my order via drive thru they had my order ready quickly but because the long wait in drive thru the chocolate dipped ice cream cone started melting and collapsed on me while I was eating it. They need to learn to make it right before I pull up!

I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket which usually comes with fries, toast, and gravy. Also ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket. Instead I got 7 pieces of chicken, toast, and gravy. No fries!! With the 4 pieces the fries were gross and not cooked well. Fries are always never cooked well. Brittany the lady that made my orders seemed to be distracted beforehand she was outside while I was waiting in the drive thru in line, with her gloves on taking pictures on her phone of a vehicle that was leaving the parking lot. I assume she didn’t change those gloves and went back inside to continue on the grill.🤢 *I didn’t know she was the one that made our food at the time until afterwards* We had a long wait in line and took awhile to get our food. Was not pleased with overall quality. People if you use gloves please throw them away after you touch money or your phone etc and don’t continue to handle food with those dirty gloves! This is why I have stopped eating at a lot these places around Glasgow because some people are just nasty!

Pretty sure they gave my daughter food poisoning. She had the chicken strip basket I ate there and I am fine but I didn’t have the chicken. Not sure if it was undercooked or bad chicken because she had it covered in BBQ sauce. I suggest getting something not chicken from this place.

First thing is I was told that they didn't serve coffee then my husband was going to order a crispy chicken salad but they didn't have any Italian dressing all they had was honey mustard and one other. When he received his strawberry milkshake it had half of a strawberry in it.The milkshake was not blended very well.

Every time you come here and order a chicken strip basket and it’s after 8pm they’ll tell you they’re out of gravy..not a very welcoming place though grab a bit especially if you come by the last hour before they close
