I ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza and it’s is not supposed to have red sauce but that’s what they put on it. We get this pizza all of the country and it’s perfect. we have ordered it many times here but they always screw it up. We pay each time for extra toppings but the Glasgow store messes our order up every time.

The last 3 times I have ordered food here have been sub par. 2 times my pizza arrived cold. They acknowledged that without me voicing any concern and gifted me reward points both times. However, this last time, I had a pizza “delivered” that never showed up. I work third shift, I don’t have time to give you a second chance to do something right that should’ve been done correctly the first time. Saying “sorry” doesn’t fix incompetence. Furthermore, I live HALF OF A MILE away. That removes any and all excuses. I will never order pizza here again. I have been patient with this establishment and they steadily make the same mistakes. 3 times in a row. Once complacency sets in, it takes over. I’m done.

Ordered online - delivery time estimated at 30-40 minutes. An hour and a half later, we received PART of our order and it was cold. Tried to call the store about the missing items. Sat on hold for over another half hour and never got through. If taking the phone off the hook is considered decent service, this store needs new management.

My food sat in "quality check" for over an hour so no surprise the food had to be reheated upon delivery dont even bother trying to contact the store because they just ignore they'll just ignore it

Last three or four times I've ordered from there My orders have been messed up they did make them right No complaints there but it seems like lately the quality has went down. But all in all I've been doing business with this place since the door is open and the early '80s definitely the best pizza in town The staff is always great and they always make it right if there's an issue

We will never again order from this Domino's. This isnt the first time weve had issues, but the final straw. We placed an order online, and almost 2 hours later, we still don't have our order. After trying several times to call, never once talking to anybody and waiting on hold forever, we decided we've had enough. I drove to the location, told someone that we hadnt gotten our order after 2 hours, was only told, "that doesnt surprise me", then walked away and hid in the back. Someone else asked if i had been helped, butnby this point, i was fuming. I cancelled my order, and told them, "Ill never order from here again." I also noticed while i was there that the phone rang the entire time I was in there, roughly 6-7 minutes, and not one person attended to it. This place is very poorly managed and it's clear as day that customer service is not a priority. I would give negative stars if I could. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!

Ordered one cheese pizza and garlic knots. Two hours later still hasn't been delivered. We have called and called and no one wants to pick up the phone. I love this dominos normally, but my boyfriend had to walk over to the dominos in 20 degree weather, and they just said they're busy. Which I get, I totally understand being busy, but 2 hours? They gave a refund but refused any sort of compensation and refused to give him the pizza after waiting 2 hours and walking 10 minutes to get there. Just ridiculous!
I called the store they finally answered. I asked for corporates number. They gave it to me. I called the number and it's disconnected. Now they won't answer anymore.
If I could give zero stars I would.

Don’t ever order delivery from here, they only have one driver and I had to walk over to get my refund after two hours since I ordered. Also apparently they don’t like to pick up phones
We went there Sunday night,I don't order on line cause we had gift cards so looks like they were short staffed a guy that doesn't work the register helped me,it took him for ever he had to have help 4 times,I was getting frustrated and was gonna ask for some one else to help,it did not take our gift card,so of course had to use debit,they need to hire more people,that guy should have never helped me

I used my rewards points for the first time and I was very disappointed I had ordered the five cheese Mac and was disappointed because it was just melted cheese with NO MAC NOODLES ! What a JOKE !
