Ordered food to be delivered to my hotel room and the driver claims it's against company policy to deliver past the hotel lobby. So of course I came down to the lobby which was not a big deal but I tip the driver's extra on my credit card payment for delivery to my room. Not sure when it supposedly became company policy but maybe every store should operate according to company policy so there is no confusion as to what expectations are.

Last three or four times I've ordered from there My orders have been messed up they did make them right No complaints there but it seems like lately the quality has went down. But all in all I've been doing business with this place since the door is open and the early '80s definitely the best pizza in town The staff is always great and they always make it right if there's an issue

We went there Sunday night,I don't order on line cause we had gift cards so looks like they were short staffed a guy that doesn't work the register helped me,it took him for ever he had to have help 4 times,I was getting frustrated and was
gonna ask for some one else to help,it did not take our gift card,so of course had to use debit,they need to hire more people,that guy should have never helped me
