The restaurant is brand new because they relocated from Cherry Street to Max Wagner Drive in Glasgow. I neglected to get pictures of it because it was raining. Poor excuse but it was a little dark. The inside was beautiful. Pictures next time. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Service was quick but the best part was the food quality. Fresh. Hot. Cooked just right. Steak cooked to a perfect medium. Tender as well. Always one of my favorite places to eat in Glasgow.

Uh- YUM! I have eaten at dozens of Mexican restaurants in my life. This was looked like most of the others....until I took the first bite. Delicious salsa! Different flavor, I don't know how to describe it, but I ate until I couldn't eat any more! Highly recommend! I door dashed this- so I can't comment on anything else. I would def choose this place again!

I was not impressed with this new restaurant. The atmosphere seemed more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. The portions were very small, especially for the price. The taste was not impressive. Very bland.

All the el mazatlan are good, this one is newer than most of them and still nice, I go with the mixed fajitas and my wife gets the chef special, always a great

I went to the new location across from walmart. It is owned by the same owners as Cancun. It even has the same menu. I'm sorry, but the food is just bland. Its good, but no heat. I didnt even ask for a hotter salsa because if they are like Cancun, they charge for it, and the tomatillo salsa is not done right. (Go to Mercado Latino for a properly done tomatillo hot sauce). The steak was so tough that my mother-in-law couldnt even eat it. Im guessing its sirloin tip cut into strips, but regardless, it can be made tender using certain techniques that I won't go into. Hint(chinese methods). Still cutting it into chunks would have helped too, but my MIL didnt want to wrestle with it. If you want good tex-mex type food, Garcias is the clear winner with an honorable mention to Los Mariachis on a good day when the owner is there. I feel bad writing this review since the service was good and they really tried to make it fun and upbeat.
