For two months every time I stop there they want you to pay with cash so I said no problem then I would say there’s a 45 minute wait so what do you do?

Pulled up to the drive thru at 9:30. I was told very rudely by the women on the drive thru speaker, all they had was wings. When asked if they couldn't drop something she very rudely replied we are getting ready to close. They don't close until 10:00. I personally work in food service there is no excuse for this. This is horrible customer service. As if they needed to lose yet another customer, they just did!

Restraunt is "open" at 10 am but doors are still locked at least 15 past opening. Everytime i get here same thing cant go in without flagging someone down.

Everytime my family and I go, the same Manager gets something wrong EVERYTIME. They know exactly who we are because we are there almost everyday. The customer service is poor!!! They are always RUDE! Never greets the customer in a polite manner just “go head” & “pull up”. When I let this same manager know daily something is incorrect instead of making it right she chooses to argue and make smart remarks!

Went in at lunch 12 to get a bite took 40 mins the cashier was rude the mgr sat in the office not helping.. KFC you gone down hill bad.. horrible experience

Here's a revelation for management: employees show up when you pay them. Now you don't have my money, and you never will again. It's FAST food, and no one is waiting a half hour for this garbage.

They need to get the owner that owns this to work here for a week,there food is so high priced,it use to be affordable but not any more,got the 20 dollar deal,are chicken was not crisp,half of the crisp was not even there they serve u small bowls for your sides,was not happy not coming here again,we will go some where else

When ordering online for a pick up order pay no attention to the pictures of your selected items because that’s NOT what you are ordering. You will also be blamed for making the mistake and they will NOT offer to make it right. Waste of money for food and gas it takes to get in town because order will be incorrect.
