We stood at the counter waiting for someone to take our order. I watched one person on his phone watching a video, another kept peeking over the shelf making a macaroni and chicken salad to eat and a man with a limp walk by taking at window order after standing there for about 5 mins. I called out and even waived trying to get someone attention.
The guy with the food tray walked right by us and looked past us and went and sit down to eat. I called out one last time and no one responded.
There was no one in the building and only one person at the drive through. We are not from this town but imwe were completely ignored.
This store is the not for customers but to feed employees and entertain them.

This place was filthy at 10:45 am with only 2 customers inside. Every table was dirty. The floors were sticky. Every surface was smeared. Gross! One of the worst places I've ever been in for cleanliness. I don't know how they pass health inspections. The manager was sitting at a table doing paperwork.

Food is usually good here...when you are able to drive through and get some chicken in a timely manner. Two trips to KFC in a row now that I drove thru for dinner, but they had no chicken ready. Both times was told it would be a 15 min wait. I feel that is inconvenient for a fast food restaurant. I do appreciate freshly prepared chicken.

We ordered 2 of the 3 piece breast and wing meals. This meal is supposed to have 2 breast and a wing with 2 sides. We made the mistake of not checking it at the drive thru. So when we got home there were 3 little wings and the sides in each box. So they shorted us about $10 in chicken. So always check your orders at KFC in Glasgow Kentucky

I had purchased the chicken and waffles and asked for 2 legs. When I recieved my order I got 2 thighs. So I went back to the store and they were nice about it and gave me the legs. The food was fresh and good! They are under staffed but has been like this for a while. I know bc I worked here long ago. People need to give employees grace, they can't help it they are understaffed. They can only move so fast and do so much. Working in fast food is stressful and can get overwhelming especially when you don't have help. People need to consider this when eating out. You guys are doing a good job to the crew that was there today around 5/2/25 2pm-3pm!

MOST HORRIBLE PLACE TO EAT!!!!! The food was terrible, service was worse! And the professionalism was zero!!!!! The worker was out front messing with his girlfriend. It was just all around awful. My fries were froze and chicken was hard! The workers were not professional they was cussing in front of customers. And tried to charge a guy who was complaining to me, they charge him $29 dollars for food he didn’t even order! Never eat here. This place should be closed down FOREVER!
For two months every time I stop there they want you to pay with cash so I said no problem then I would say there’s a 45 minute wait so what do you do?
Pulled up to the drive thru at 9:30. I was told very rudely by the women on the drive thru speaker, all they had was wings. When asked if they couldn't drop something she very rudely replied we are getting ready to close. They don't close until 10:00. I personally work in food service there is no excuse for this. This is horrible customer service. As if they needed to lose yet another customer, they just did!
