Ignorance must be bliss! Wait 20 minutes for a pizza and they come out with the wrong one. Takes it back in, waiting some more.. 45 minutes have passed and still waiting for my pizza. No one comes out. Pizzas going out left and right to other cars. I go inside and get “oh what did you order again?” I tell her again. Like are you serious? Same girl who knew my order was wrong and you hadn’t checked yet?? The one “making” the pizzas also equally clueless. She finds it in the warmer and says “he didn’t put a pepper on it so we didn’t know it was special order”. Are you kidding?? She already knew 25 minutes before this what I had ordered and that she gave me the wrong one. Didn’t think to look then?? Nope. No apology, no acknowledgement of oops our bad, nothing. Ridiculous. What kind of management is that?

Little Caesar's in Glasgow has really gone down hill. We were there 7-26-2025 7:10PM to place an order at the drive thru and they never took our order. We waited for 20 minutes before finally leaving. Two cars behind us left before we did. I realize places get busy but this was completely unacceptable and ridiculous for any business to allow. Aside from tonight's no service experience, when I have purchased pizzas there in the past few months the crust has been super thin and undercooked on more than one occaision. The sauce has changed and they've really gotten stingy with the cheese. So why go back? The answer is we won't anymore. Digiorno's frozen pizzas are much better than what they're currently serving at this location and with the outright customer neglect shown at the drive thru tonight, they don't deserve a dime from me or my family ever again.

One of the most disappointing little Caesars I've been to. Drive from cave city ordered before I left and the food was still not in the case when I arrived, instead there was 6 people waiting in line and boxes of pizza laying on the counter. When I finally got my food it was 30 minutes standing in line with no service and the cold counter pizza, I finally received my good it was nasty, not one time was the hot box used while I was in line, what's the point of ordering before hand and having that option to keep food warm if the teenagers running the restaurant are to lazy and slow, barely able to move above a snails pace to use it?

I have never been so disgusted with a place before in my life & if i could give 0 stars, I would. I made an online orders for 12 pizzas for a birthday party for my 3 year old, called the manager to give them a heads up the day before, so they wouldn't be bombarded as soon as they come in, paid for the order, & after driving from Scottsville to Glasgow, I am met with a sign on the door stating they are closed & will reopen the next day. So here it is, an hour before the party starts & i have no food for the guests. The manager in BG did her best to help us, but the party was late & the food was cold. I can't say I will ever be back. I would rather drive farther for better service, better food, & a way better experience at a different pizza place. Little Caesars used to be my go to, but not anymore. They're really letting the place go & probably should close the doors for good.

Waited half an hour to get a pizza through the drive thru, only to find out it when I went inside that it had been sitting on the counter long enough to get cold and just hadn’t been brought out to me.

I sat in the drive thru so long that I eventually placed a mobile order at 6:25. It is 7:05 and I'm standing inside the store. Tracking my order online states that at 6:30, my pizza went into the oven. And it still says it's in the oven. The workers seemed extremely confused. This is ridiculous. Fifty minutes later and I'm still waiting🤬

I dont know what happened to this place. Used to be pretty fast but the last time I came they had too much going on so they weren't taking orders, and just now they made me wait for over 30 minutes to lose the pizza i ordered. This places needs to reevaluate who they hire.

A bunch of disrespectful about nosed brats that can't even cut a pizza, read your order, or even listen well enough to get your order correct. Literal get my order wrong at the counter and they can't even do what the lady behind the counter asked

I come here fairly often, and this has gotta be the third time that they left us here for a at least 20 minutes. There was one time where I was there for almost an hour waiting for one item. Supposedly they have to do online first, which is absolutely crazy.
There’s no reason for the wait to be that long on either side. It’s crazy and I know there are better systems for this.
