Worst service I've ever seen at a Little Caesars. Ordered for pick up, and stood at the front counter to pick up my food longer than it took for them to make it as they didn't put it in the pizza portal (20 minutes). Went through the drive thru and waited another 15 minutes to get it as they just ignore their front counter and the room filled with customers. The whole time my orders just sitting on the table instead of in a warmer, so the whole order was barely warm by the time I got it home. Would have just went to dominos for better service if I hadn't already paid through the app.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Whatever happened to got and ready pizzas? Nobody is ahead of you in the line and you sit there for 30 mins at the speaker. When you first pull up to the speaker you get told it’ll be just a few minutes. You wait 30 and call them to see if everything is okay like is there a medical emergency or something going on. They say they will get to the speaker in a minute. Ok cool they get to the speaker and then they say it’ll be another 45 minute before they can accept anymore orders. So you’re telling me it’ll be 1 hour 15 minutes total just to make an order while sitting at the speaker? And then what another 20-30 minutes for it to be made. The Glasgow location has been terrible and honestly needs to close its door and find some valued workers that actually care about their job not sitting outside hitting their vapes walking in and out the back door to hit vapes. Yesterday I went at 9:25pm and as I pull up to the speaker I get told they can’t make any orders that they’re closing soon. Yes you close at 10:00pm. You door your cleaning and shutting down after you close not a hour before you close so either change closing time to 9:00pm or shut down after you close. I would like to talk to corporate about this incident.

I stopped in to pick up dinner for me and my family because we was going to the hospital to see my sister and her baby and the lady at the counter and drive through didn’t have a name tag on. Was cussing and rolling her eyes. I also seen her touch her hair and not even wash her hands after touching her hair.

Cant even leave a review about the food this time. Ordered on the app at 2:30 to pick up at 5:30 was told it was gonna be over an hour longer wait. It was ordered 3 hours ago theres no excuse. Absolutely ridiculous! Asked for some kind of compensation for the wait. She just spotted off she canceled our order and itll be refunded. This was the manager on duty. No pizza tonight.

This location is back in a slump. Slow service, and sometimes no service bc of staffing issues. Another Glasgow chain that's hit or miss on what you get service wise, and for quality of food. We now check our pizza bc of receiving two past orders that were burnt. Our Most recent trip, the food was good but we waited an unreasonable amount of time for a hot and ready pizza. Another car in line ahead of us ended up pulling off. When we got to the window they almost charged us for that cars order. We would've pulled off but was wore out from an 11hr road trip. We just wanted to grab food and get home. Little Ceasars only had 3 cars ahead of us. Our hot and ready was put in the oven as we pulled to the window. The manager inside never acknowledged any of the drive thru. They had the lobby closed that day as well. Poor service this trip for sure.

We ordered a pizza online to pickup between 3:54-3:59. We got in line around 4, we waited on the 2 cars in front of us for 15-20 minutes, and it didnt seem like they even got to order. We get to the speaker and no one says anything, we say hello and they tell us its gonna be another 15 minute wait just to order🤯. Thankfully we ordered online, for drive thru pickup. I tell him we have an order and I get told to go inside to pick up. Okay not a big deal but 20 minutes wasted when our pizza was ready. I thought little Caesars was hot and ready? The pizza we ordered was stuffed crust and they didnt get that right either.

I ordered on the mobile app and paid for four pizzas. My order went through and the app itself said the store was open. When I got there, the lights were off. The door was closed. Nobody was there. It still says my pizza is in the “oven”.
Ordered online, paid online- showed up over an hour later to pick up and store was CLOSED! Not even anyone there to process a refund. They just straight up stole my money.

Ignorance must be bliss! Wait 20 minutes for a pizza and they come out with the wrong one. Takes it back in, waiting some more.. 45 minutes have passed and still waiting for my pizza. No one comes out. Pizzas going out left and right to other cars. I go inside and get “oh what did you order again?” I tell her again. Like are you serious? Same girl who knew my order was wrong and you hadn’t checked yet?? The one “making” the pizzas also equally clueless. She finds it in the warmer and says “he didn’t put a pepper on it so we didn’t know it was special order”. Are you kidding?? She already knew 25 minutes before this what I had ordered and that she gave me the wrong one. Didn’t think to look then?? Nope. No apology, no acknowledgement of oops our bad, nothing. Ridiculous. What kind of management is that?
