This location is back in a slump. Slow service, and sometimes no service bc of staffing issues. Another Glasgow chain that's hit or miss on what you get service wise, and for quality of food. We now check our pizza bc of receiving two past orders that were burnt. Our Most recent trip, the food was good but we waited an unreasonable amount of time for a hot and ready pizza. Another car in line ahead of us ended up pulling off. When we got to the window they almost charged...
I sat in the drive thru so long that I eventually placed a mobile order at 6:25. It is 7:05 and I'm standing inside the store. Tracking my order online states that at 6:30, my pizza went into the oven. And it still says it's in the oven. The workers seemed extremely confused. This is ridiculous. Fifty minutes later and I'm still waiting🤬
I've had their pizza a few times since moving to the nearby area and it's never disappointed and the employees have always been very kind, although I must add that this last pizza I got legitimately looked like a freshly made pizza made from dough that was prepared in the store, not a perfect or near perfect circle like a frozen pizza, but I stead organic and round like a fresh handmade pizza.
