We love Papa John’s pizza, but tonight when I picked up our pizza, I was so grossed out by the hygiene of the cashier. Please require your staff to have good personal hygiene and to wash their hair. This young man was nice, but it says a lot about the expectations of the management if customer hygiene is a huge turn off. About a month ago, I walked right back out of a local eatery due to the hygiene of the person making the sandwiches. Nasty! Chick Fila is not going to stand for this in their employees. Neither should you!

If you're thinking about getting pizza Papa John's on the bypass is is the place to go I've been getting pizza from them since April 29th of 2024 when I moved here great atmosphere they listen they care it's always fresh hot and it's always looks good I mean come on look at these pictures Amy Jo has been my waiter a couple times when I come in for carryout and she's always charismatic friendly and upbeat

My order is always wrong!! Then I have to drive all the way back to get order corrected!! Management doesn't compensate you for your time, gas nor do they give apologies!!! They're rude and don't take any responsibility for their mistakes!! I am done with Papa John's!!! And to the long dark haired lady manager, you definitely don't need to be working with the public!!! Your boss needs to take a closer look at you!! They really need to see how you treat your costumers!! Actually, you really need to be fired!!! And customers, make sure you always check your orders before leaving this place!!!

We got a notification saying our food was ready. My wife went in and paid and was told that it would be ready in a few minutes. They hadn't even put it in the oven yet! More 20 minutes later our food came out. We waited about a half hour total. Not cool.

They need to fix the times on their website and Google. Says they close at 11pm and carryout till 10pm on Google. On their website it says closes at 11pm and carryout till 10:45pm. I called last night a little before 10pm and it was like "disconnected" so I decided to just drive there since I checked both the website and google. I got there a lil before 10:30pm and they were closed! Super irritated and pissed off guess they don't need my business!
