Pizza was falling apart, with an intentionality-opened looking container of garlic sauce spilled all over it. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with delivered food. The pizza also tasted awful, the only reason I gave this place a 2 star, is because I got a pizza AT ALL.

Food, excellent! Service? Well if you are ordering for delivery, lol just make sure you are truthful to the driver and you will get banned. Lol...Really. Why should I have to write down the price on a receipt after I know what the price is? The only thing I shall be writing down on a delivery receipt is the tip and my signature. So if you voiced your opinion nicely and calm with a smile, Papa John's will not deliver to your address. Interesting.

The order was easy to track using the app and the staff were all very prompt and friendly. Food and ingredient quality were both excellent. Definitely a great choice for dinner!
Paid 40 dollars for 2 pizzas. Ate 4 slices. Quality just was not there.

Used to work here, but I'll address why that's a factor later. As soon as I walked in, Jill was confrontational. I'm not normally a Karen over this stuff, but this lady was confrontational with me from the moment I walked in the store. All I wanted was a Parmesean Papadilla and a drink for 9.99. The flyer said, "Choose ANY Papadilla and a drink for 9.99." She wouldn't honor the coupon that the store had posted on their register. I'm not usually one to make a scene over a dollar or two, but this lady couldn't wait to tell me no. I quit this job around 2 YEARS AGO. Yet still, every time I go in there and Jill is there, it's a confrontation. Corporate should be looking into who's name gets put on the door. If your management team isn't anymore mature than that, it's a problem.
Ordered some wings didnt get them with sauce so I asked them to put some on tried to charge me finally got my sauce
