Got a burnt cheese pizza delivered. Called and asked for a new one to be delivered. Offered to send a picture of it. Cooper Turner told me I was wrong. It went through the oven the same as the other pizza that was delivered. Wouldn’t send me a new one or refund the money on the pizza. Just offered me a credit for next time on a pizza that’s cheaper than what I paid. I want all my money back now. I can’t believe she told me I’m lying. Crazy.

I ordered the Chicago Tavern pizza. It was so dry. I’m not sure if there was even cheese on it. It was freshly made, too! Pizza Hut just isn’t the best pizza in town anymore. Also, the back door was wide open the whole time I was there. Wonder how many flies landed in the food???

AMAZING! Most of the reviews I’ve seen are pretty negative, so I’d like to give this place some justice. The atmosphere is ok, other than sometimes there is pizza boxes on some tables in the front, and I think one (ONE SINGULAR) time the table was sticky, and when we come (around late 8 pm or early 9 pm) they are closed for dine-in, but that’s the negative stuff I have to say. The food is amazing! Me and my dad usually get the New Yorker Pizza. I’d definitely recommend it! It will fill you up and the person who makes it for us (her name is Megan, she is very nice to! I’ll talk more about that later) makes it very good, and I’d recommend the Cajun Fries, I didn’t get it at this location, I got it at the Munfordville location. (I have a review about that if you wanna check that out later or now) AND ITS SOOOO GOOD. I wanted to recommend it cause it was really good at the other location, so it’s prob gonna be the same here. And the service is amazing! Usually the person who serves us is named Megan, if the manager reads this, please give her a raise. She is very kind, and makes greats pizzas, that’s one prime reason why we visit a lot. Thank you for reading, and have a great day and god bless :D

DO NOT ORDER!!!!A couple weeks ago I placed an order on the app at 5 pm for it to be delivered at 6 pm. When 6 came and went I started trying to call Pizza Hut to only get an automated response and NEVER got to talk to anyone before it hung up on me multiple times. It was not delivered until 6:45 and it wasn’t even hot. The delivery man said he would get us a discount on our account for our next order. Never happened. I filled out the email survey and told them of my experience, nothing happened. I tried to order again today. The app said it would be over an hour before it would be delivered and after our last experience I wasn’t willing to wait 2 hours for a pizza. I tried to call and cancel and finally got someone who wasn’t even at our Pizza Hut to cancel my order. I asked to talk to a manager, he said he was transferring me. It rang for over a minute before hanging up on me. I am furious with our Pizza Hut experiences lately. I don’t understand why I can’t call the number and get someone who is at the Pizza Hut I’m ordering from. We love Pizza Hut and their products but the customer service SUCKS and I WILL NOT be ordering from them again because of this.

We went after the parade. There were only 2 people working so we had to go to the counter to order because she didn't have time to come to us. The food was good.

The food was great but the dining room was trashed. One side of the restaurant had boxes stacked on the tables, and the seating that was available had not been cleaned in quite a while. I imagine they mostly do take out orders so they don't bother with how it looks. The staff was very friendly and no complaints about the pizza and wings.
