Went up to the lady behind the cash register. Said we would like to dine in. She said feel free to sit anywhere. It’s just me and my crew tonight. I said ok thank you. We sat and waited patently for about 15 minutes. Everyone else that was there before us has already finished their food and was just talking. Server was just talking to someone. So we just left to go somewhere else.

What once was a proud staple of Glasgow has become a disappointing mess. This Pizza Hut suffers from ineffective and inconsistent management—one manager stands out for their effort, but another clearly can’t handle more than one or two orders at a time. The result? Ridiculous wait times, confusion, and frustrated employees who clearly don't want to be there.
With the other location closed for rebuilding, this store was overwhelmed and completely unprepared to handle the extra demand. Most of the crew lacks proper training, and it shows. While a few employees genuinely try, they’re set up to fail under poor leadership.
The pizza is still decent—but not worth the hassle. If you want better service and faster turnaround, I suggest Domino’s, Papa John’s, or even Little Caesars.
Do better, Pizza Hut. You used to be the best. Here’s hoping you find your way back

Disgrace to customer service. Food raw. Soggy, cold and onions wasn't cooked. Doughy & Sauce just poured everywhere. Watery. They refused to give us a refund. I wouldn't rate any stars for this place or for the employees working tonight. 😡 I have two broken ribs from a car accident and wanted take out. Never will I recommend this pizza hut to anyone.

Just got our food and I assume it will be good. We did have a little bit of a wait but they were quite busy. My sole reasoning for a lower review is due to one of the younger females working there who took a hit of her vape in the central kitchen where they were preparing and making food to be ready. I mean I was standing right there waiting for my food with a clear line of sight being able to see the kitchen and I was awestruck. Very interesting.

Poor service. Even if you are the only one there servers didn’t come around to check on us. We had to go to counter to get drinks. Then had to take them back up for a refill. All they said was “sorry”. After that they still didn’t come back. Looked like they were too busy talking among themselves and on their phone. This had happened the past few times we were there. This isn’t a one time bad service. If there is ever a place where a tip is not deserved this is it. I must say we will not be back to this location for a long time.
