Me and my husband decided to try them out one last time, our last time there was not good but thought we would give them another try bad decision, the large guy who took our order was the rudest person I have encountered in a long time. No smiles, no friendliness at all, could tell he totally did not want to be there and hates his job, the restaurant was completely empty except us, we waiting at least 15 mins to get our food and then he brings it to our table just slams it on the table in front of us turns and walks away no comment what so ever with his foul smell. Will be no more chances for Popeyes. Totally uncalled for!!!

I'm just flabbergasted right now! The biscuits are the driest things I have ever witnessed! Service was not good! I don't think this food ACTUALLY came from a Louisiana Kitchen because they can cook!

We came through the drive-through we were there for at least 20 minutes anyway we don’t mind a little bit of the weight but when we get to wait, we at least like our chicken to be fresh and hot. The chicken was so dried out. You can’t even eat it we got 525 piece chicken strips hot With three large mashed potatoes and gravy with extra gravy, but no gravy on them and three rice and beans the rice and beans were OK but we’ve tried to call him for the last 3 1/2 hours and nobody ever answers the phone. It goes straight to voicemail For 60 my order was $42 and her order was 30 I think 32 for that kind of money you would think you would be able to get at least somebody on the phone to talk to him about replacing the order but nothing I’m in town from Indiana. I will not be here after tomorrow. I am here. We are at home 30 miles away and no dinner so thank you For that.

Over all it sucked!!!! Didn't have what we wanted! And could only order certain items from online!! Couldn't order it in the restaurant!! Which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard!!

Stay away from this place. Went in to order. They were all out on the front side walk smoking. And wouldn't come in until they finished their cigarettes. So I just left. They are disgusting.

Family came through earlier tonight and were going to use points on the app. The manager scanned the code and it took it off the account. The price hadnt changed and then he said it didn't work. When we tried to redo it he said it didnt matter now because we only have 100 points and its like yeah, you just scanned it and took 800 off. He then fought with us over it and even though it shows it was used he couldn't admit he was wrong. So the rewards deal was never honored and he said that it's not his fault if the app doesn't work and demanded we pay the amount without the rewards. If this is how unprofessional their managers are it's no wonder other people are getting raw food.

I ordered a 10 piece family meal. 5 pieces spicy and 5 pieces not. I received 5 wings 1 leg 1 thigh 2 breasts and a piece that was just bones with breading on it. When I go to the website to leave feedback it will not go to that page.

We've recently been going to Popeyes (drive-thru) for about two months and have always had fresh food with good service. Tonight we went inside , my first time ever. Not only was our food fresh and delicious, but the manager and crew was pleasant and even talkative towards us ! We had planned to dine in together and I noticed the entire staff never wavered in their hard work ethic while still having a good work attitude. So I had to give them a review .
