One of the drive through employees is extremely rude. Anyone who's ever used it knows that their drive through order machine is just terrible, and that's isn't the employees' fault. But when you correct them because they give you the wrong food at the window, they shouldn't insist that you don't know what you ordered, then get sarcastic, slam the window shut in your face, and laugh so loud you can hear them as you drive away. Great burgers and hot fries!!
Horrible service and even worse management, quite honestly a joke. I honestly don’t know what was nastier their customer service or there hygiene.
Also the new virtual help and drive thru is unbearable.
