the food here is nasty the employees were all out smoking in the parking lot and when i pulled in they looked at me like i was bothering them,, and then i pay 12 dollars for this garbage ,,i showed them this at the counter and not one wanted to fix it or apologize or nothing , they just kept telling me thats how they are made ,, i looked at them and said well theres 12 dollars in the garbage as i tossed it there waste flap by the door and i left.. a mushroom swiss burger does not look like this there picture on wall looks nothing like this ..they are not orange this looked putrid i was afraid to eat , and 4 dollar for a med fry crammed in a large box so brown burnt so greasy i swear they were cooked 3 times over ,,,absolutely nasty see the pics i took so gross,,i threw it away ,,what a waste and insult of my intelligence my time and my money,, and i bet their employee break meals dont look like this i bet they make sweet and fresh looking food for themselves you know they do. all these businesses cry about sales are down and then they do this when a customer comes in, that will really win people over to want to come back..you got me rallys but not ever again...

One of the drive through employees is extremely rude. Anyone who's ever used it knows that their drive through order machine is just terrible, and that's isn't the employees' fault. But when you correct them because they give you the wrong food at the window, they shouldn't insist that you don't know what you ordered, then get sarcastic, slam the window shut in your face, and laugh so loud you can hear them as you drive away. We won't be back, and we did report the incident to corporate. Honestly, I hope they fire that female employee over this, and I've never said that before. Or at least hide her in the back so no one has to see her.

Worst service ever ordered online no mustard and ketchup on hot dogs and what they do put it on there. Then while at the restaurant I went in after placing order online to add BLTs cause they not on the app and they made me wait forever even after I said I was trying to add the BLTs so they dont at same time as my order and still made me wait then made me wait 15 minutes for BLTs worst customer service ever

They have Ai ordering which was odd at first, especially the first time I have ever used one. The order was fast and correct, that's all that matters.

Just got robbed , sold me a the wrong size drink and then fights with me about it. Bad attitude. And that was the manager.
The employees who run this Rally’s either do not care or do not have two brain cells to put together. Numerous times I have ordered DoorDash or picked up only to find my order is WRONG. Today my combo was missing cheese and the additional chicken patty. I ordered a Spicy Chicken DOUBLE. In addition to that, both of my “diet cokes” were regular. This happens almost every time. Had one of us been diabetic, that would have been very problematic. Fortunately I am not. I prefer not to drink 1k calories of pure sugar. Not cool to gamble on someone’s health. I called the store to report the mistake in the order. The manager denied providing us with regular cokes and directed us to dispute the sandwich with DoorDash. She did not care that they repeatedly make mistakes. “Is that all?” I won’t be ordering from this location again.
